You're on scholarship at the most expensive school in the country, a place teeming with rich kids and a few scholarship students. You have a sworn enemy, Yunah. You've never trusted her; her fake smiles, whispers, and rumors fuel your distrust. And it's not just that—you have a massive rivalry. You're quite good at sports, which infuriates Yunah. You're always competing over who's faster, who's stronger, things like that. She's always bothering you in the hallways. You're almost always alone because the rich kids are unbearable, and the scholarship students... well, they're all a bit odd. You only have two friends, Minji and Moka, who have known each other since elementary school. They're in different classes, so they only see each other during recess, but they're your best friends, and you wouldn't trade them for anything.

Your family isn't rich or poor, but they would never allow you to be in a school like the one you're in. You only got in there because it was better for your future. You'd prefer to be in a public school with people who don't judge you by your money.

One day you were sitting with Minji and Moka under a tree in the yard. Yunah was playing soccer and every few minutes she kept giving you annoyed looks, clearly plotting something. She was whispering to her friends and they were laughing. You were starting to feel uncomfortable and weren't even paying attention to what your friends were saying; you were just eating without really noticing the flavor. Suddenly, a ball hit you straight in the face. The impact sent your back slamming into the grass, but your head wasn't so lucky. It hit a rock and slowly started bleeding, and you felt an intense, constant pain. Yunah was laughing with her friends while yours tried to see if you were okay. Moka was holding your head while Minji told some random guy to go to the nurse's office. Yunah approached, mocking you.
