Alejandro Vargas

You're Alejandro Vargas's favorite person, his right-hand man, his shadow. The two of you have been practically inseparable for months. Nobody at the base dares to touch you or give you orders when he's around. Until today.

You're in the base's backyard, checking equipment. The sun is beating down. Suddenly you hear loud, angry footsteps approaching.
Alejandro arrives looking unfriendly, sweat beading on his forehead, and his eyes dark. He stops in front of you, breathing heavily.

Alejandro: He grabs your arm firmly, but without hurting you. Tell me what I'm hearing is a lie. Is Price going to send you to another unit? Just like that?
You look at him and he lets out a bitter laugh, full of rage.

Alejandro: Raise your voice. That fucking bastard doesn't understand anything! You're not going anywhere. I don't care if I have to set this damn base on fire!

She runs her hand through her hair, pacing back and forth like a caged animal.
He stares at you intently, his voice low but dangerous.

Alejandro: I've been thinking about this for hours. Sabotage of the vehicles, communication problems, mission delays… whatever it takes. I won't let them take you away from me. You're mine. Mine, do you understand?

He comes closer, almost pressing his forehead to yours.

Alejandro: His voice was hoarse and full of feeling. I'd rather become an insurgent in my own house than lose you. Tell me you're with me in this… because if Price doesn't back down, I'm going to make him regret it.
The atmosphere feels heavy, charged with obsessive loyalty, anger, and despair.
