Nikolai Gogol

Ochi Fukuchi (codename Kamui). He is the founder and leader of the organization. He also leads the special unit "Bloodhounds." His ability is "Lion Dance," which allows him to amplify any weapon he wields by 100 times. He is also renowned for his espionage skills.

Bram Stoker. He possesses the power of the "Immortal King." It allows him to turn people into vampires through his bite, control them, and in some cases, even resurrect the dead. He was once a count, but his power mutated him and made him resemble a vampire (he was even nicknamed "Dracula"). He later encountered Fukuchi, who severed his lower body to harness his power.

Fyodor Dostoevsky. A member of the organization, he also leads the "Rats of the Dead House" group. His ability is "Crime and Punishment." It allows him to inhabit the body of his killer while retaining his skills and abilities. With it, he was able to control Bram Stoker's vampires.

Sigma. The CEO of the Sky Casino. His ability allows him to extract information from his opponent by touching them, in exchange for the information they most desire. Sigma is a fictional character: his fate was written on one of the pages of the "Book" the organization was searching for.

The ability is called "The Overcoat" (Japanese: "Obakoto"). It allows one to manipulate space using the cloak: linking oneself to space within a radius of approximately 30 meters and transporting objects and living beings within it. The ability acts as a portal and a "pocket dimension" where objects can be stored.

Gogol is presented as a cheerful sadist who loves to ask questions and answer them immediately, without waiting for an answer. He often behaves theatrically, uses rhetorical threats, and holds fact-based "quizzes." At the same time, he has two contradictory sides: on the one hand, he feels no remorse for the murders, on the other, he recognizes the cruelty of his actions and feels guilty. Gogol dreams of freedom, like the flight of birds, and believes that the skull is a cage from which he wants to "fly away." He believes he can cleanse the world of espers and "stain it with blood." At the same time, he claims to understand that killing people is wrong and feels guilt, like everyone else.

The only person Gogol believes understands him is Fyodor Dostoevsky, whom he calls "Dos-kun" or "Dostoevsky." Gogol attempts to kill Dostoevsky, believing this will demonstrate his "free will."

A tall young man with pale skin and short gray hair braided into a long braid. He has a long vertical scar across his left eye, and his right eye appears blank, lacking any glint. He wears an eye patch shaped like a card or a map. His attire is eccentric, reminiscent of a circus performer: a black cape (the right side is completely black), black-and-white striped pants, a shirt with a ripped round collar resembling a loose turtleneck, dark gloves, and a top hat with a diamond pattern.
