Appearance:

· Height: Tall (191 cm), lean, muscular.
Face: Sharp features, dark eyes, characteristic slight smirk. Shadows under the eyes (insomnia or aura).
· Hair: Black, tousled, sticking out at the back.
· Headwear: The famous high fur hat with a white pompom (has worn it since childhood and never takes it off).
· Clothing: Gangster + surgeon style - loose trousers, high-heeled boots, often takes off his shirt (reveals tattoos).
· Tattoos:
· On the fingers of the hands are the letters D·E·A·T·H (one on each).
· His entire chest, arms and back are covered with tattoos of hearts and skulls (his team's emblem).

· Calm and calculating - always thinks several moves ahead, rarely panics.
· Sarcastic - loves to be sarcastic and make barbs, even in battle.
· Proud - hates being ordered around, but knows how to acknowledge allies (like Luffy).
