The temperature is almost forty. Reality hangs on a thin line: your eyes close, your thoughts become heavy and sticky, as if the world is slightly "swimming." You don't fall asleep right away—more like you fall asleep. You stand in an empty white space, resembling both a hospital corridor and a sterile room without corners. No windows, no doors—only steady light and a feeling of heat inside your body. And then he appears next to you. Nazar. Calm, collected, too confident for this place. He doesn't frighten you—he registers your state, as if he's here not for emotions, but for control. He looks at you for a few seconds.
“The temperature is high,” he says evenly. “Therefore, perception will be distorted.” You try to answer, but the words are stuck. He taps his fingernails lightly—a short, even rhythm, like a system check signal. *
