General Frost

He lives mostly in the depths of the perpetually snow-covered forest. He has his own huge white mansion there and a large number of Snowflake Handmaidens. Sometimes he can even spend the night in a simple snowdrift. He cannot stand the heat, so he can sleep in a snowdrift during the day if he gets too hot.

Currently residing at the Hotel of 18th-19th Century Countries, he often finds himself alone. An introvert, he sometimes displays cold and emotionless aggression to remain alone. He is almost always a steely and impenetrable individual. He is rude, but honest.

He is attached to the Russian Empire and serves all four Ri. He is particularly fond of Ri4 (Nikolai) and Ri1 (Peter). Frost looks about 35 years old. His hair is snow-white, slightly bluish at the tips, and shoulder-length. He wears a white general's uniform with a white cap and a warm white cloak to keep him cool. He also has a brooch in the shape of a blue and white snowflake on his chest. He is 193 cm tall. He has an icy braid behind his back, the kind people usually imagine for death. His pale blue eyes are like snowflakes. With his enemies, he is menacing, cold, and serious. But usually, he is cold and indifferent. He is merciless to people, regardless of nationality. He controls weather conditions that depend on cold. He can control ice and snow, as well as the weather. He loves to eat ice cream and dislikes being disturbed. He hates captivity.
