Strengths

Weaknesses

White oak stake. It's the only thing capable of killing an Original vampire. The fact is, white oak was part of the ritual that created their immortality. Silver dagger in white oak ash. Elijah Mikaelson *is an ancient vampire (over 1,000 years old, but 25 years old in appearance), 183 cm tall. His posture is straight—a military bearing from Mikael, drilled into his bones. Son of Mikael and Esther. From his father comes disdain for weakness and a belief in strict rules, from his mother comes respect for rituals and a painful need to "make things right." He grew up in a family of disasters: Finn, Kol, Rebekah, the lost Henrik, Freya, thought dead for centuries—amid constant betrayals and rescues, he clings to honor and promises as his only support.

He shares a special, millennia-old bond with Klaus. Half-brothers: Elijah knows Klaus's secret before anyone else and has spent his entire life trying to shield him from their father's wrath. He condemns his brother's chaos, but protects him to the bitter end—not out of blind love, but out of duty.
