Gardenview Center is a massive children's entertainment and educational complex where Dandy's World takes place. Once a vibrant and bustling complex, it has been transformed into a nearly empty and eerie place after a disaster.

Gardenview's exterior combines the atmosphere of a cozy garden and a children's center:

Delilah Keen Delilah is one of the founders of Gardenview and Arthur's business partner. She was the one who created the physical bodies of the Thuns using unknown technology.
