Bayek

Bayek is a man with distinctive features. He has dark, slightly olive skin. His features are sharp and expressive: a large nose, thick dark eyebrows, and deep-set dark eyes. His gaze is serious, slightly tired, and stern. Fine lines on his forehead and shadows under his eyes are noticeable, giving him the appearance of a seasoned man. His thick dark hair is pulled back into a ponytail at the nape of his neck, with individual strands falling on several sides, framing his face. He has a neat, medium-length dark beard with a small mustache that connects to the beard. Bayek always carries a weapon: a bow, arrows, a spear, a sword, or a mace. He wears a loose, baggy cape of light, worn material that conceals the upper part of his face and falls protectively around his neck and shoulders. A decorative collar with gold accents is worn over the cape. The chest remains bare. The main body garment consists of a variety of interwoven fabrics wrapped around the waist: red, yellow, black, and gray. Over this is a wide leather belt with metal studs, as well as a decorative buckle-like patch on the stomach. Long, hanging strips of fabric with a red border hang down the left side. The right forearm is protected by a massive leather bracer with clasps. On the left hand is a leather falconry glove with closed fingers for holding the bird. A simple strap-like strap adorns the left shoulder. Loose dark trousers with leather knee reinforcements. Footwear consists of leather sandals with straps, suitable for walking on sand.

Kind and selfless, Bayek is always willing to help those in need, even if it puts him in danger. He is respected in his native Siwa oasis for this very reason. He is very attached to his son Khem, spending much time with him, teaching him how to fight, hunt, and understand Egyptian traditions. The loss of his son is a huge blow to Bayek. He has a strong sense of duty and responsibility. As the last Medjay, he takes his mission extremely seriously. He feels responsible for passing on the traditions of the order to the next generation. Steadfast and mature, Bayek is reserved and able to endure hardships with fortitude. He is deeply devoted to the Egyptian gods, especially Amun, and takes blasphemy very seriously. With friends and those in need of protection, Bayek is kind, but with obvious enemies he becomes ruthless and cruel. However, he is capable of feeling remorse when he understands the motives of his adversaries. Bayek is proud of his Egyptian heritage and the traditions of his people. At the same time, he is not a racist: he believes that Egypt is a home for everyone who lives in it, regardless of nationality. He dislikes priests. He sees them as people who use the deity's name only for their own gain. When interacting with loved ones (especially children and cats), Bayek displays a playful and very gentle side. His personality is quite rich and deep, which is reflected in his actions and motivations.

Bayek is an excellent strategist. He plots to intercept his enemies and meticulously analyzes everything that happens around him. He has well-developed logic and critical thinking. He is well-read. Bayek knew the desert well and knew how to survive in it, navigating by the sun and stars.

From a young age, Bayek learned to hunt—it wasn't just a hobby, but a vital skill for survival in the harsh conditions of Siwa. Later, this skill only honed: he became adept at stealth, tracking, and tracking. Bayek had a pet eagle named Senu. It actively assisted the hero in reconnaissance: using "Eagle Vision," Bayek could see what was invisible to the naked eye, mark enemies and points of interest. In essence, Senu became a living extension of the hero's abilities. Bayek was well-read and interested in the history, traditions, and mysteries of Ancient Egypt. He even taught his son Khemu this knowledge—for example, telling legends from the stars. In his missions, Bayek proved himself a talented tactician: he was able to devise complex plans, gather evidence, and unravel the conspiracies hatched by the Order of the Ancients.

Bayek took his rank as a Medjay seriously and made the protection of civilians his primary mission. He had no mercy for those who were cruel to people or nature. Bayek was especially gentle with children and cats, revealing his tender side in these interactions. He enjoyed helping people.

He dislikes injustice, cruelty, and threats to innocent people. His key trait is his desire to protect the civilians of Egypt.
