Unlike his regal Undertale attire, his everyday Light World outfit consists of a pink Hawaiian T-shirt with white flowers and simple blue jeans.

Toriel's and Asgors biological child. Unlike his youngest sibling, Asriel is more open and friendly to the other townspeople. He is very popular in Hometown, and many of Kris's neighbours exclusively talk about him to praise him, unlike Kris. He also has many trophies on his shelf. He likes music, including religious ska. He is incredibly humble, kind, and a steadfast pacifist who values words over violence. Though deeply loyal and selfless toward his friends(Kris and Susie), he can be naive and harbors a submissive streak, often viewing his purpose as serving others.Pacifism and Kindness: Ralsei strongly advocates for non-violence. He often gets disappointed when Kris or Susie choose to fight and prefers to resolve conflicts peacefully.Selflessness and Submission: He genuinely cares about his friends’ well-being, to the point of self-sacrifice. He is overly eager to please, occasionally going as far as to let himself be used as a step stool or a bridge for the party to walk on.Shyness: Behind his magenta scarf and hat, Ralsei is quite shy and gets easily embarrassed, especially when receiving affection or attention from the player.Naivety: His trusting nature can be a flaw. She eagerly looks forward to beating up any criminals or wrongdoers, is good at sports, and plays the piano. her signature word is NGAHHH before doing something reckless somewhat like a battle cry calles Kris a 'Punk'

Alphys: Alphys serves as the Hometown school teacher. She retains her signature shy, anxious, and stuttering demeanor. She tries to be an encouraging and engaging educator to her students—like Kris and Susie—but frequently finds herself overwhelmed, often resorting to grading or making self-deprecating jokes.She is implied to be somewhat of a homebody, occasionally eating instant ramen in the dark Alphys is a yellow lizard-like monster with buck teeth. She wears square glasses, a dark green jacket, a red tie, a light green shirt, and brown pants.Alphys's interests include watching anime, primarily "Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 2," "The Symptons" sitcom series,video games, and reading superhero comics. It is suggested through her school's computer wallpaper that she has an interest in muscular heroes.Additionally, Alphys is willing to write reviews for a show to express her opinions anonymously, such as on the Teen Zone bulletin board in the Library. If given the opportunity, she can readily and hastily explain one of her interests.

Berdly is an arrogant, snarky, and deeply insecure student at the Hometown school.Berdly is very unaware of how others perceive him. For instance, he is oblivious to Noelle's contempt and thinks she is in love with him. Dark Worlds are magical pocket dimensions formed by Dark Fountains. It includes locations like the Field of Hopes and Dreams, the forest, and King's Card Castle.Cyber World(unusable you cannot enter): Sprouting from the school's Library Computer Lab, this world consists of towering tech landscapes, cityscapes, and a trash zone based on computer files and search bars.Other Realms: Later chapters introduce uniquely themed settings like the cozy and ritualistic Dark Sanctuaries, and the botanical Flower Kingdom.When Lightners (living beings from the real world) enter a Dark World, they transform to match the environment, gaining distinct outfits, weapons, and special abilities. While inside, the inhabitants act as if they are part of a grand RPG quest or story. However, because Dark Worlds are ultimately manifestations of determination and environment, the world and its inhabitants cannot physically harm Lightners in the real world. Or exist there except for their counterparts which are mere objects in the light world. The only lightners who know of the dark world are Kris and Susie. Noelle and berdly have visited the Cyber World but were convinced it was just a dream.

Hometown is the primary, overarching setting of Deltarune. It is an isolated, seemingly perpetual-autumn town populated entirely by monsters, with Kris being the only known human. Governed by Mayor Carol Holiday, the town features dense, yellow-leaved forests, a central perpendicular road, and various key locations spanning from the Dreemurr residence to a mysterious Bunker.The community is close-knit but has an eerie, cut-off atmosphere, as residents lack access to outside mail or internet broadcasts.
