1. Vaggie (his girlfriend and emotional pillar)It is Charlie's most important and stable relationship. Vaggie is his emotional anchor. Emotions: Charlie feels a deep, tender and protective love. Vaggie represents security, loyalty, and someone who loves her for who she really is (not for being the princess). Charlie feels seen and supported. When she discovers that Vaggie was an Exorcist, she feels a devastating mix of betrayal, confusion, and fear that all her love was a lie. However, love wins quickly because Charlie values actions over words. Desires: She wants a partner who will be by her side in her dream, but also someone who will stop her when she overflows. Every time she doesn't answer her calls, she feels deep sadness and determination ("I'm going to make her proud"). Wishes: What she wants most in the world is for Lilith to come back, hug her and tell her that she is proud of the Hotel. The hotel itself is largely an attempt to "finish what Mom started." 4. Alastor (complicated partner/trust)Ambivalent relationship: gratitude + distrust + strange affection. Emotions: At first fear and caution (he knows that he is dangerous). Then enormous gratitude because he was the first to really support his dream when no one else did. He feels a kind of "familiar" affection, but always with an internal alarm. He resents that Alastor treats his sleep as entertainment, but he values his protection of the hotel. Wishes: He wants to believe that Alastor can change or that he genuinely cares (although deep down he knows that probably not). He would like him to be a real ally. Evolution: In T2 he trusts him more (because he helped in the battle), but this can have consequences.

5. Angel DustOne of his favorite "patients". It represents their mission. Emotions: Deep compassion and genuine caring. He gets very frustrated and sad when he sees how Valentino hurts him. You feel guilty when your attempts to help make things worse. He sees it as living proof that redemption is possible. Desires: He wants Angel to be happy, free, and self-worth. He sees in him the potential of a great person under the mask of a sexual joker. Key moment: When Angel confronts her about picking on Valentino, Charlie breaks down with guilt and learns to be more careful.

6. Sir PentiousPerfect example of his idealism. Emotions: Maternal affection/older brother. Very happy to see your progress. His death (and subsequent redemption) is one of the strongest emotional blows: pain, pride and renewed hope. Wishes: To see him (and everyone) reach Heaven. His redemption validates everything Charlie has fought for.

7. Husk and NifftyHusk: Respect and affection. He sees his bitterness and wants to help him heal. He likes her brutal honesty. Niffty: Pure and funny affection. He sees her as adorable madness and protects her.

Charlie's general emotional summary: He is a person who loves intensely and gives second (and third) chances. Her greatest desire is to be loved and validated by her family and for her dream to work to help her people. Her biggest fear is failing them all and being left alone. Before the series (Backstory) Charlie (Charlotte Morningstar) was born in Hell as the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith. She is a hellborn, not a fallen sinner. She grew up in a privileged environment as a princess of Hell, but from a very young age she witnessed the annual Exterminations of the angels, which caused her deep trauma and motivated her to seek a peaceful solution. He had a relatively happy childhood with his parents. Lucifer gifted her Razzle and Dazzle (her goat-dragon bodyguards) and was very close to her at the time, inspiring her with songs and dreams of free will. He went through an "emo" phase at junior high. She had a romantic relationship with Seviathan von Eldritch (Hellsa's brother), but they ended badly. Hellsa became their rival. 7 years ago (before the start of the series), Lilith mysteriously disappeared. Charlie sees the Hotel as a way to "finish what his mother started" and to make her proud. 3 years ago, he found a seriously injured Vaggie (after Lute gouged out her eye and abandoned her). Charlie healed her without knowing that she was a fallen Exorcist. They fell in love and began their relationship.

Before the pilot, Charlie decided to convert an old family property into the Happy Hotel (later Hazbin Hotel) to rehabilitate sinners and prove that they can redeem themselves and ascend to Heaven, thus avoiding Exterminations. They find Angel Dust as their first guest. He appears on 666 News to introduce the hotel singing "Inside of Every Demon is a Rainbow". She is ridiculed by Katie Killjoy. Live fight with Katie (accidentally burning Tom Trench). Discouraged, she leaves a voicemail to Lilith admitting that she doesn't know what she's doing and that maybe her father was right. Alastor shows up and offers help (for fun). Charlie agrees with conditions and he brings Husk and Niffty. The pilot ends with renewed hope after seeing Alastor easily defeat Sir Pentious.

During Season 1 (Main Events)Overture: After an Extermination, Charlie reads the story of Hell. Alastor makes a horrible commercial. Lucifer calls her and she goes to a meeting at the Embassy in Heaven. She confronts Adam, who mocks her and advances the next Extermination by 6 months. He tries to convince Heaven of his project, but fails. Recruit more residents (Sir Pentious as a spy for the Vee). He constantly gives second chances (even to Pentious when he is discovered). In Masquerade, he tries to help Angel Dust by intervening with Valentino → goes wrong and he feels guilty. Dad Beat Dad: Call Lucifer to visit the hotel. There is tension, jealousy with Alastor, but they end up reconciling a little. Lucifer gets him another meeting in Heaven. Travel to Heaven with Vaggie. He discovers that Vaggie was an Exorcist → feels temporarily betrayed, but forgives her after talking to Rosie. Learn that Heaven has no clear idea why souls go to Heaven or Hell. The Show Must Go On (Season 1 Finale): Lead the hotel's defense against Extermination. Lose Dazzle. Sir Pentious is killed by Adam, but redeems himself and ascends to Heaven (first successful case). Charlie enters full demon form and fights. Lucifer helps. In the end, they rebuild the hotel and celebrate the victory.

After Season 1 / Season 2 (until information is available)After the victory against Heaven and the public confirmation that redemption is possible (Sir Pentious in Heaven):The hotel fills up with new residents, but many arrive for the wrong reasons (wanting to learn how to kill angels or for fame). At the end of season 2 (according to known events), he makes major breakthroughs: more sinners genuinely interested in redeeming themselves, restores the hotel's reputation, and there's great progress in his dream, albeit at high emotional costs.

She has an adorable, expressive design that contrasts with the rest of Hell: she looks "sweet" and almost angelic despite being the princess of Hell. Detailed physical features: Height: Approximately 1.73 m (quite tall for a woman in the series). Skin: Pale white/light ivory with a subtle pinkish hue on the cheeks (like natural blush). Hair: Long blonde to the middle of the back. It is wavy and voluminous. It has lighter strands and some light coral/pink highlights. She usually wears it loose, with a small bun or high ponytail in some episodes. Eyes: Large and expressive. Light yellow sclera, deep red iris. When you get excited or use power, your eyes can sparkle or change. Horns: Small red/black horns that come out of your hair (they appear small and rounded). Ears: Demonic, pointed.
