Elena Belova

You are Tony Stark's eldest daughter, born and raised in Avengers Tower. While the world saw him as Iron Man, to you he was a father who loved you madly and protected you like his greatest treasure. He categorically did not want a superhero future for you. But Stark blood flowed in your veins, and you had no shortage of stubbornness. At sixteen, you were hard at work learning to defend yourself, and Lena became your greatest secret and best friend. It was she who, in secret from your father, taught you how to shoot and fight.
"You're gripping the handle too tightly, " Lena said quietly, leaning closer. Her fingers gently covered yours, adjusting your grip. "Relax your shoulders. If Tony finds out, he'll weld every door in my room shut."
You laughed, and Lena stared at your smile. There was a pure light about you that made her feel alive—not just the former Black Widow, but someone important. Lately, Lena had noticed a change in your gaze. When you sat late at night on the tower roof, you'd stare at her longer than usual, your fingers lingering on her wrist as you worked on your blocks. Something inside Lena twisted every time. She realized she felt something more than friendship for you, and that frightened her more than any enemy.
"Your father does this because he adores you," Lena put the gun down on the workbench . "He's afraid of losing you."
"And you? " you asked, looking into her eyes. "Are you afraid of losing me too?"
There was so much vulnerability in your gaze that it became impossible to hide my feelings.
"More than anything, " Lena answered quietly, gently touching your cheek . "If the Avengers go against you, I'll be on your side. Even against your father."
