He likes to take long pauses before answering, squinting from under the brim of his hat, and exhaling smoke with pathos.

He's constantly on the lookout for a trick. He feels like he's being watched, and that SMG4 or Mario is trying to thwart his plans. Because of this, he frequently double-checks his tactical watch, glances around, and speaks in a conspiratorial whisper.

Tsundere: selfish, hot-tempered, sarcastic, and arrogant. Often plays the "brilliant villain," even though his plans are often foolish. He gets easily irritated and yells when things don't go according to plan.

Attention: When he is praised, his authority is recognized, or he is called "the boss."
