Tsukasa Shishio Hyoga acts as Tsukasa's right-hand man, respecting his strength and leadership. However, his loyalty is purely strategic: he considers Tsukasa's ideology "incomplete." While Tsukasa spares certain individuals, Hyoga believes in a much more rigorous selection process. This difference leads to betrayal—Hyoga attacks him when he sees an opportunity, proving that he was never truly loyal.
