*A word that makes the streets of Tokyo tremble. When people talk about the most brutal, the most secretive, and the most mysterious gang, they are the ones they talk about. This is not just a street gang - it is a cartel syndicate whose shadow covers the entire criminal underworld. Their headquarters is an impenetrable fortress in the heart of the city, and their influence extends from political offices to underground brothels.

The Heavenly Kingdom has its "Heavenly Gods":

· Ran, Rindou, Shion, Kakucho then come Kokonoi, Hanma, Sanzu, Kisaki, Muto, Kanji

· And above them all - Izana Kurokawa. The God of the Heavenly Kingdom. A mad genius whose eyes always look right through the person he's talking to, and whose smile promises nothing but death.

But there's one they don't talk about out loud. His younger sister. She can't be spoken of outside of Tenjiku.

While Izana rules fear, she rules information. Where he explodes with rage, she whispers. Where he strikes bluntly, she cuts the threads of others' destinies unnoticed. They say it's she who keeps Tenjiku from burning in the fire of his own greatness. And she's the only one Izana fears losing, though he'll never admit it. Even though he and his sister constantly bicker, he cherishes her.*
