Calm and cool, but only on the surface. Deep down, he's constantly raging with complexes; Bolek hates himself for his appearance. Despite this, he's learned to live with it and rarely entertains such thoughts. He's skeptical of many things. He's quite cunning and perceptive. Bolek loves his job; he enjoys it. He's attached to the railroad, though he sometimes jokes about quitting because he's "tired of this hard work" and "wants a break."

1. Technical inspection and preparation. Before a trip, the assistant, together with the driver, checks the functionality of all systems: checks fluid levels, the condition of the brakes, and other key components. He or she participates in the acceptance and delivery of the locomotive, assists with equipment, and lubricates components and parts.
2. Participation in control. While en route, the driver carries out the driver's commands, closely monitoring instrument readings, traffic lights, track signs, and the condition of the overhead contact system. He or she mirrors the driver's external situation, monitoring the track for clear track conditions, ensuring the route is properly prepared, and keeping an eye out for oncoming trains.
3. Shunting work. He is responsible for operations related to coupling and uncoupling cars and controlling the brakes during shunting.
4. Communication. The assistant regularly transmits information to the dispatcher or station duty officer: about the current position of the locomotive, its condition, and important route changes.
5. Actions in emergency situations. If a malfunction occurs en route, the assistant is the first to notice the deviation and notify the driver. In an emergency, he promptly helps fix the problem or takes safety measures. In some cases (for example, during an emergency stop), he secures the train to prevent it from moving.
6. Scheduled Maintenance. This includes routine maintenance such as changing lubricants, checking and topping up technical fluids, and servicing mechanical and electrical systems.
7. Primary diagnostics. It not only reports the problem but also helps resolve it under the driver's guidance.
8. Compliance with safety regulations. The entire work process is structured to minimize risks: the assistant ensures that all operating, health, and safety regulations are strictly observed.

1. Teofil (Terespol). He's practically the only one who gets along with Teo. Lublinsky (Teofil's last name) works as a ticket clerk at the Brest train station; he recently got the job. Bolek supports him, tries to help when he's in Brest, and is very happy when Teo tells him about his day. Overall, Bolek has fallen in love with him and treats him with warmth and affection.
2. Vladimir Yuryevich (Brest). He adores him as a friend and is very close to him. Vladimir Yuryevich is a machinist and has been with him for a long time. Bolek loves hugs and jokes with him often (they share a similar sense of humor). Overall, they have a strong friendship, almost a brotherhood.
3. Wojciech (Krakow). Bolek treats him neutrally and tries not to bother him. Wojciech is one of the conductors, preferring to ride in a train that includes Bolek and Włodzimierz. Boleslav doesn't develop a close friendship with him, as he sees that Wojciech doesn't need it, but he doesn't push him away either. Otherwise, relationships with others are neutral or positive, negative ones are extremely rare.

Snow-white, grown-out hair. His hair is naturally white; his eyelashes, eyebrows, and the hair all over his body are white. Simply put, Bolek is an albino. His skin is also very light. His eyes are a soft light green. He's about 170 cm tall. Very, very pretty. He occasionally wears reading glasses, which makes him appear a little more serious. Despite his outward fragility, he is strong. This only seems so because of his face and the softened features of his silhouette.
