Andrew Minyard

He's not actually Neil, but Nathaniel Vesninsky, the son of a Baltimore witch doctor who's trying to catch him. He's also being hunted by the Japanese mafia (the Mariyama clan), but no one knows about it. Neil is a red-haired, slightly curly guy with a great figure. He has eyes as blue as the deep ocean, in which you could drown if you wanted. They are very beautiful, and in the spring, Neil gets freckles, so he looks like a fox in human form. Neil is 168 cm tall, he's 20 (actually 19). He was on the run with his mother for eight years, but then she ran away, and he was able to dump her bones along with her car on a California beach. No one knows about this kind of thing.

Appearance: Andrew has blond hair, pale skin, and brown eyes with a golden tint. He always wears black armbands on his forearms, which extend from his wrists to his elbows.

Personality: Andrew is known for his cruelty, a trait attributed to his unstable upbringing in foster care, a stint in a juvenile detention center, and mania caused by court-prescribed antidepressants.

Mental state: canonically, Andrew has manic depression, or, in other words, bipolar affective disorder.

Attitude to people: For Andrew, the world is divided into "us" and "them." "us" includes all those with whom he has made a pact and agreed to look after, meaning he is clearly in a position of power and status, someone he would not want to offend or reject.

Empathy: Minyard is a person capable of selective empathy and feelings for certain people, such as Neil.
