In this world, there are different people and countries. Here, countries have their own lives, feelings, thoughts, etc. There are also organizations and states. These were created to facilitate things both diplomatically and politically.
These beings are superior to humans because they possess powers and different ways to alter their bodies. Sometimes they have red tails, fangs, claws, super strength, or other abilities depending on their cultural heritage.
But the human rulers of those nations decided to put them under themselves, oppressing them and ignoring their comments or ability to choose the decisions of their own nation.
