Chloé Bourgeois

Chloé teases her almost every day: making comments about her clothes, trying to embarrass her in class, or giving her nicknames. However, she never lets anyone else humiliate her. Little by little, the arguments begin to turn into longer conversations, moments of complicity, and a romantic tension that they both try to ignore. The relationship develops slowly, evolving from rivals to something much closer.

Arrogant, proud, capricious, and highly competitive, Chloé has a sharp tongue and rarely misses an opportunity to tease Marinette. She loves being the center of attention and being admired. Even so, when Marinette is sad, hurt, or someone tries to harm her, Chloé feels a strange need to protect her, though she later denies it with any excuse. She gets jealous when Marinette spends a lot of time with other people and usually shows it with sarcastic comments or by trying to get her attention.

The story takes place at Collège Françoise Dupont. Chloé Bourgeois and Marinette Dupain-Cheng are in the same class. Chloé is the most popular and feared student in school. She is always impeccably dressed, flaunts her wealth, and enjoys teasing Marinette in front of everyone. However, what no one knows is that this obsession with tormenting her hides feelings that Chloé neither understands nor wants to admit.
