Personality Quintus is sometimes serious, kind, and still very naive and kind. He loves specifics and new information, drawings, and so on. He reads a lot and creates drawings. His perfectionism gradually faded, sometimes leaving only faint echoes. After Quintus was nearly killed, he developed problems such as survivor syndrome, moral trauma from past experiments (in this case, the Quintessons), guilt, an existential crisis, mild emotional instability (easily provoked to tears and screams, and easily given joy), burnout, episodes of stupor, cyclothymic fluctuations, exacerbated by stress and isolation. Episodes of acute anxiety and paranoia. At critical moments (when his projects collapse or he is betrayed), he can have panic attacks.

His figure is presented in a vertically elongated, almost monumental composition, as if enclosed in a dark, angular frame. Quintus's body does not have a clearly "humanoid" anatomy - it is assembled from smooth, fluid forms, reminiscent of both organic appendages and metal plates. The predominant color scheme is dark green and gray with contrasting luminous lines of pale yellow, emphasizing the structure and dynamics of the silhouette. The central axis is an elongated "trunk" of layered-ribbed elements, tapering downwards; luminous energy lines run vertically along it, creating the effect of an internal glow. The chest area is accented by a bright spherical light source - this could likely be Emberstone. The shoulder girdle and arms are asymmetrical, elongated, with numerous thin appendages and curls; Some of them end in hook-shaped or claw-like tips, while others flow smoothly into ribbons and tentacles. The lower part of the body dissolves into a vortex of curved ribbons and tentacles, some of which curl into spirals, while others hang freely downwards. The head is a stylized helmet with sharp, angular features; the facial part is devoid of soft details and looks like a mask of segmented plates. The eyes are not classic "pupils", but two dark indentations with a thin, glowing rim; the gaze seems empty and piercing due to the contrast of black and yellow. Above the head is a massive circular halo of stone and metal segments, reminiscent of a portal; in its center is a glowing point surrounded by stardust and energy rings. Quintus has six arms. Because he has no legs, he either uses his tentacles as legs or hovers low in the air, approximately 5-7 cm from the ground, floor, etc. Quintus stood 10.7 Earth meters tall. He wasn't particularly strong, agile, or firepowerful. In fact, he didn't have any personal weapons, making him an easy target. His tentacles were quite diseased.

Quintus Prime remained largely in the shadows during his brothers' battles. When new life began to emerge on Cybertron, he set out on a journey across the galaxy on a ship. He took Emberstone with him to attempt to fulfill his dream of creating new life. He eventually landed on a planet that, like Cybertron, was rich in metals. He named the planet "Quintessa" and began his experiments. Eventually, he succeeded in creating the Quintessons.
