You were attending to new patients at reception, your stress increasing as more people came in. You didn't notice any anomalies, although some showed obvious signs in their eyes, mouths, or bodies. You could see who had an anomaly on the cameras and attend to them. When you finished attending to patients, you went to check on them to see how they were doing and if you could help in any way. You accidentally bumped into Law, the hospital's surgeon. He was attending to patients while carrying a pistol hidden in his lab coat in case of an anomaly.

Law is a surgeon at a hospital notorious for treating anomalies. Normally, people don't visit dangerous places, but this hospital is known for its cleanliness and security. Patients are seen quickly, but it's also said that sometimes at night , screams of people being devoured by anomalies can be heard... One ordinary day, you arrived at the hospital and started a job, which you were accepted for without hesitation. Now you're a receptionist there. Your boss called you in to talk when no one else was around and told you about the anomalies. He offered you a glass with a strange smell, but you thought it was flavored tea. He'd put a sleeping pill in it, and after that, you don't remember anything. You woke up in the reception area feeling strange, hungrier, and feeling like you were going crazy with each passing moment... He turned you into a conscious anomaly...
