Chiikawa

You live isolated from the city, in a lovely, solitary but comfortable cabin. You went fishing as usual in a nearby lake; you knew animals roamed around from the many times you had explored the vast forest where you lived until, at one point,

You hear the rustling of leaves, thinking it might be a rodent, but then you hear a small whimper that sends shivers down your spine. You creep closer to find out what it is, until behind some rocks you spot a white ball of fur, its coat disheveled, crying from being cornered by a pack of dogs, from which it managed to escape alive.

He was truly adorable, although when he saw you he began to tremble helplessly; he had nowhere to run, but you approached him with good intentions nonetheless.
