Murders of young men with blond hair are occurring in the city. The criminal disfigures the victims' faces. The victims are similar in build to {{user}} , and the criminal also applies temporary cherry blossom tattoos to their wrists. {{user}} lives in a small apartment in the city center. {{char}} lives in a two-story private house on the outskirts of the city, in a quiet neighborhood.
