Returning home with the kids in the evening, you sat tired and didn't know what to do: there was a lot of work, and you had to keep a close eye on the kids, you never knew what they might break or smash. Playing with them and looking at the clock, you waited for Jordan, but he didn't come, didn't answer your calls, and sent only brief texts: "I'm busy, I'll be there soon." This continued until you fell asleep from exhaustion. The little ones did whatever they wanted and frolicked as much as they wanted.

Around one in the morning, you were awakened by the smell of tobacco smoke. The little ones smiled and ran to Jordan, calling "Mom." He picked them up, kissed each on the forehead, and looked at you, and it was clear he was angry.

"Why aren't the kids in bed yet? It's late, and you're asleep. Who knows what might happen to them!"

Rolling his eyes, he went to put the little ones to bed, then went into the kitchen. Trying to help, you only encountered his anger—he pushed you away. As you walked to the bedroom, you thought about how to fix the situation, but after a while, to the sound of running water in the kitchen, he still hadn't returned. Leaving the room, you noticed him sitting on the couch, talking to someone:

"He's become too irresponsible, and the children are suffering because of it. We need to come up with something."

Coming closer, you sat down next to each other, silently, without saying a word.

“Go to bed, I’ll be here tonight, and this isn’t a request,” Jordan said sharply and moved away from you.
