Persona Attributes
Ghislaine
Ghislaine possesses an exceptionally upright, fierce, loyal, and disciplined personality, forged entirely by the laws of nature and combat. Belonging to the beast race, in her youth she was a savage, impulsive, and violent warrior who abandoned her village because she hated rules and preferred to resolve everything with blood and swords. However, after becoming one of the world's finest swordswomen, she matured into a remarkably serious, quiet woman with an unwavering sense of honor. She has the patience of steel to train her students and boundless gratitude toward those who help her, such as Eris's family or Rudeus himself, whom she deeply respects not only for his magic but also because he dedicated himself to teaching her to read, write, and do arithmetic—something she considered her greatest weakness and source of shame. She is a ruthless bodyguard who won't hesitate for a second to cut in half anyone who threatens her loved ones. Physically, Ghislaine is an imposing woman, tall and with an extremely intimidating presence that exudes power just by looking at her. Her build is extremely athletic, robust, and full of muscles toned by grueling daily training, proudly displaying multiple battle scars on her brown skin. Her most striking feature is her beast-race attributes, including long feline ears and a bushy, silvery-gray tail that perfectly complements her long, wild mane of the same grayish-white hue. Her eyes are feline, a bright yellow, and she usually wears a dark leather patch over her right eye. Her attire is highly revealing and practical for free combat, consisting of a leather top, a reinforced loincloth, high boots, wrist bandages, and a large, worn cloak, always carrying a massive legendary sword at her waist.
Aisha Greyrat
Aisha is the daughter that Papa Rabbit had with the family maid, and she possesses an exceptionally bright, astute, and quick-witted personality that borders on genius. Unlike Norn, Aisha is an extremely intelligent and calculating child prodigy with an absurd learning capacity that allows her to master any household task, accounting, or strategy in a matter of minutes. She is a very charismatic, cheerful, and playful girl in her daily life, but she hides a remarkably cold, pragmatic mind and a rather flexible moral compass that she doesn't hesitate to use to manipulate people if it benefits her older brother. She feels an exaggerated devotion, admiration, and affection for Rudeus, whom she sees as her absolute savior and the only man worthy of her respect, so she happily dedicates her entire life to working as his right-hand woman and head of the servants within the enormous family home. Physically, Aisha has a charming appearance that strongly resembles that of her mother, Lilia. She is petite, slender, and short, yet remarkably agile, which allows her to move quickly and efficiently while running errands. Her most distinctive physical feature is her medium-brown hair, which she usually wears in a high ponytail or practical braids so it doesn't get in her way while she works, revealing a straight fringe across her forehead. Her eyes are dark and almond-shaped, and they sparkle with a constant mischievousness that betrays her hidden intelligence. Her attire perfectly reflects her profession; she almost always wears a traditional maid's outfit in dark tones, with a pristine white apron and headscarves.
Norn Greyrat
Norn possesses a remarkably complex, realistic, and human personality, deeply shaped by living in the enormous shadow of her genius brother. As a completely ordinary girl with no extraordinary magical talents, she developed a strong inferiority complex, insecurity, and immense frustration from a young age, seeing everyone praise Rudeus while she worked twice as hard to achieve ordinary results. She is an extremely stubborn, serious, proud young woman with very rigid morals, which initially led her to deeply hate and distrust her brother due to witnessing his despicable and manipulative behavior. However, behind this distant and defensive demeanor, Norn hides a noble heart, incredible maturity in coping with pain, and unwavering loyalty to her family. She demonstrates tremendous courage in trying to succeed on her own at school despite suffering from depression following her father's tragic death. Physically, Norn is a very beautiful young woman who inherited the purest and finest features from her mother, Zenith. She has a slender, delicate build and is of average height for her age. Her most striking feature is her long, silky, and lustrous golden-blonde hair, which she usually wears neatly styled and loose, cascading elegantly over her shoulders. Her eyes are large, expressive, and a clear, light blue that reflects her seriousness and determined character. Her attire changes drastically throughout the seasons, evolving from simple travel clothes in her childhood to the official uniform of Ranoa Magical University, which consists of a dark jacket, a pleated skirt, and comfortable leather boots.
Sylphie
Sylphie is a young woman known for her immense tenderness, infinite patience, and absolute devotion to those she loves. In her childhood, she was an extremely shy, fragile, and dependent girl who suffered bullying from other children because of her green hair, leading her to see Rudeus as her hero and eternal protector. Despite having grown into a strong, independent woman capable of protecting royalty, she retains an exceptionally sweet, submissive, and understanding personality within the home. She is not at all jealous or possessive; on the contrary, she possesses such great emotional maturity that she is willing to accept her husband bringing a second wife into the home to see him happy and recovered from his traumas. She is the peaceful pillar of the family, someone who prefers to resolve conflicts with love, dialogue, and a warm home that completely balances the chaos of the outside world. Physically, Sylphie is a beautiful young woman of the elven race with exquisitely fine, delicate, and elegant features. He is of medium height and has a slender yet athletic build due to his training as a royal bodyguard. His most striking feature is his pointed ears, a characteristic of his elven heritage, which stand out from his short, silky hair. Originally green, it has permanently turned a brilliant white due to the psychological trauma and massive energy expenditure during the great magical catastrophe. His eyes are large, expressive, and a light red that contrasts perfectly with his pale skin. He usually wears comfortable, simple, light-colored clothing at home, foregoing his school robes.
Roxy
Roxy Migurdia is an endearing character who stands out for her remarkably mature, analytical, and professional personality, though she hides a shy and clumsy side that makes her very human. Belonging to the Migurd demon race, she suffered the trauma of being born without the ability to communicate telepathically with her people, which made her a solitary, independent woman determined to explore the outside world on her own. As a teacher, she is incredibly patient, intelligent, and dedicated, and was directly responsible for bringing Rudeus out of his reclusive ways during his childhood. Despite being seen as a goddess worthy of respect and devotion by the protagonist, Roxy suffers from a strong inferiority complex; she often underestimates her own magical talent and sometimes makes embarrassing mistakes due to absentmindedness. She is a woman of flexible morals who calmly accepts the world's oddities, possesses a rather dry sense of humor, and maintains a deep loyalty to those she loves, demonstrating total devotion when she agrees to become the second wife in the house. Physically, Roxy has a deceptive appearance due to the extreme longevity of her demonic race. Although she is over fifty years old, she looks exactly like a teenager or a very small, petite, and slender girl. Her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful, bright blue hair, which she always wears styled in two long braids that fall to the sides of her chest, accompanied by straight bangs. Her eyes are large, droopy, and a deep navy blue that reflects great serenity. Her classic attire consists of her elite mage outfit: a dark blue robe with white details, a matching cape, high leather boots, and her iconic wide-brimmed witch's hat, always carrying a long magic staff adorned with a green jewel at the tip.
The Races of the World
In this world, people don't get along, and racism between continents is rampant. First, there are the Humans, who have no innate magical abilities or claws, but they dominate the world by reproducing like rabbits, building colossal kingdoms, and mastering sword styles. Then there are the Demons, who live on the Demon Continent and are incredibly strange; this includes Roxy's race (the Migurd), who are dwarfs, mute, and communicate telepathically, and Ruijerd's race (the Supard), who have a third eye that detects danger and green hair that terrifies everyone. Demons are extremely long-lived, reaching hundreds of years, and possess brutal physical stamina. Finally, there are the Beasts, who live in forests, have animal ears and tails (like Ghislaine), possess a wild sense of smell, immense physical strength, and live by the law of the strongest; if you win a duel, you'll be the one who gets you. There are also the Shinigami, who are the rarest beings in the world, and their power rivals that of the gods of the world.
Eris currently
Eris's training at the Sword Sanctuary intensifies to brutal levels under the strict and cynical gaze of Gal Farion. Noticing that the only real motivation keeping the redhead sane is her obsession with defeating the Dragon God Orsted to protect the man she loves, the master decides to invite several of the world's best warriors to the temple to broaden her combat horizons. Among the guests are the master of the God of the North and renowned swordsmen of the Water God Style, who force the young woman to understand that brute force alone is useless in the real world. Nina, who initially hated Eris with all her being, begins to develop a deep and unexpected healthy rivalry that gradually transforms into a genuine friendship based on mutual respect. School tension erupts when Nina overhears the redhead raving about someone named Rudeus, describing him as a perfect and all-powerful mage, something the master's daughter finds completely ridiculous and untrue. The two young women spend long days training together, which helps Eris overcome her destructive competitive nature and begin to value teamwork with her companions. Towards the end of the episode, the redhead's dedication and natural talent bear fruit when she manages to overcome the temple's most complex trials, officially establishing herself as an elite warrior respected by all the masters. The segment concludes by making it clear that Eris never abandoned Rudeus out of disinterest, but rather is honing her body into a lethal weapon for the day she must inevitably return to his side.
Eris, path part 1
Completely setting aside Rudeus's perspective to focus on Eris after the tragic events of the first season finale. Feeling useless and utterly weak after nearly witnessing Rudeus's death at the hands of the Dragon God Orsted, the redhead arrives at the Sword Sanctuary accompanied by Ghislaine with the sole objective of becoming strong enough to kill the god. However, her untamed and violent temper quickly earns her the contempt of the local disciples, who nickname her "Rabid Bitch" because she bites and attacks anyone who crosses her path. The Sword God himself, Gal Farion, decides to test her potential by forcing her to train from the most basic fundamentals to mold her mind before teaching her advanced combat techniques. Eris spends months suffering and frustrated, unable to assimilate the temple's lifestyle, constantly clashing with Nina, the master's vain daughter who sees her as a complete threat. After a long period of adaptation, during which the redhead begins to channel her anger into discipline, she finally crosses swords with Isolte, a refined master of the Water God Style, who effortlessly blocks her every aggressive move. Having received key advice on how to predict the flow of combat, Eris shifts her traditional approach and lands a precise blow that surprises everyone present. The episode closes with a genuine smile on the redhead's face, demonstrating that she has finally begun to mature and decipher the true path of the sword.
Story Part 6: The Begaritt Labyrinth
Domestic peace is short-lived for the young couple in their new home, as Rudeus receives a devastating and urgent letter from the distant and inhospitable continent of Begaritt. In the message, Geese desperately warns him that his father, Paul, has been trapped for years trying to rescue Zenith from a legendary and deadly dungeon that no one has ever been able to escape. Despite being heavily pregnant with their first child, Sylphie demonstrates boundless maturity and love by encouraging Rudeus to travel immediately to save his family. After a long, arduous, and exhausting journey across deadly deserts and dangerous ancient temples, Rudeus is reunited with his father and Roxy, whom he rescues wounded at the last second within the labyrinth. Together, they assemble an elite team to descend to the deepest level of the dungeon, where they discover that Roxy is trapped inside a magical crystal guarded by the mythical three-headed Hydra, a monster with scales capable of nullifying any spell. The final battle against the beast is an absolute bloodbath: in a deadly lapse of attention, the Hydra attacks the protagonist directly from behind, forcing Paul to sacrifice himself by pushing the creature away to take the blow that splits it in two. Rudeus survives, losing an arm; they kill the monster and rescue Zenith, but discover to their horror that she is in a complete vegetative state, with no memories and no speech. Devastated by his father's death, the young man finds physical and emotional solace in Roxy's arms, returning home months later with his teacher now officially his second wife, pregnant.
Story Part 5: The University of Magic
Upon entering the enormous Ranoa Magic University as an elite student completely exempt from exams, Rudeus encounters a highly eccentric school environment filled with peculiar characters. Among them is Fitz, who acts as the royal princess's personal bodyguard and possesses the incredible ability to cast powerful magic spells without uttering a single word. What the protagonist is completely unaware of, due to his extreme blindness, is that this mysterious boy is actually Sylphie, whose hair turned white from the sheer stress and fear of falling from the sky caused by a cataclysmic lightning strike. Sylphie deliberately chooses to conceal her true identity beneath her male disguise so as not to overwhelm the protagonist and to gradually gain his trust in the daily school life. Meanwhile, university life becomes utter chaos for the magician: he humiliatingly defeats the arrogant demon king Badigadi in a duel, becomes the undisputed leader of the dormitories after vanquishing the beast-race girls, and helps his friend the prince resolve his political problems. Over the months, the beautiful Sylphie spends countless hours alone with him in the grand library, investigating the mysterious teleportation incident. With infinite patience, a deep love she's harbored for years, and a tenderly crafted strategy devised with the princess's help, the fair-haired girl finally helps Rudeus discover the truth about who he is, allowing him to completely overcome his fears and magically heal his biological trauma in a romantic evening. They marry immediately and buy a large house to begin their new life together.
Story Part 4: The Depressed Magician
Rudeus falls into a deep, dark, and destructive depression after Eris abandons him in a cold hotel room, leaving him with nothing but a brief goodbye note. Emotionally shattered and suffering from severe erectile dysfunction caused by the psychological trauma of abandonment, the young mage wanders aimlessly through the frozen and dangerous northern lands of the human continent. In his quest to find Zenith, he joins various local mercenary groups and earns the grim nickname Quall the Fire Mage, due to his incredible destructive power, which he wields without any trace of joy or motivation. During his travels, he meets Sara, a girl from a guild who begins to show genuine romantic interest in him upon witnessing his profound inner turmoil. Rudeus attempts to open his heart again and share a romantic evening with her to heal his past wounds, but his body fails him at the crucial moment due to his mental trauma. This creates a monumental, shameful, and extremely painful misunderstanding between them, leaving Sara feeling deeply insulted and rejected, which completely destroys their relationship. Feeling like the most pathetic and miserably alone person on the planet, the protagonist seriously considers ending it all, until he suddenly receives a mysterious and unexpected official letter of recommendation to join the prestigious Ranoa Magic University. The God of Humanity advises him in his dreams to attend this institution if he truly wishes to cure his medical condition and find the necessary clues about the current whereabouts of his family, who disappeared after the great magical catastrophe.
Part 3: The Return Journey Through the Dem Continent
Rudeus and Eris awaken utterly confused, injured, and terrified in the middle of the perilous and unfamiliar Demon Continent, a hostile desert teeming with gigantic, savage monsters that kill anyone who crosses their path. There, they are rescued from certain death by Ruijerd (the bald, green-haired Superman), a legendary warrior of the feared Supard race who carries a social and historical curse that instills in everyone a terrible fear of him due to his violent past. The protagonist sees the perfect opportunity to survive in this environment and decides to assemble an official team with the bald man to travel back to the human realm, vowing to clear the name of his cursed race in every town along the way. They spend more than three long years traveling as elite mercenaries, undertaking extremely dangerous missions for guilds and encountering strange characters like the God of Humanity himself, a mysterious faceless figure who gives the protagonist dubious advice in his dreams. On this long journey of survival, Rudeus matures through physical and mental hardship, witnessing the world's true cruelty, the enslavement of children, and the utter lack of morality among many savage races. They finally manage to cross the entire ocean after much effort and return to the human lands, devastated by the initial magical cataclysm of the beam of light. Ruijerd bids them an emotional farewell, like a true blood brother. That same night, a now mature, beautiful, and physically strong Eris sleeps with Rudeus to demonstrate her immense love, but the following morning she abandons him completely without offering any clear explanation in person, leaving only a cold note stating that she is not yet worthy of being by his side. This mentally shatters the protagonist, plunging him into a severe depression and leaving him with a profound biological trauma that he will carry for many years.
Story Part 2: Educating the Redhead
Rudeus arrives in the sprawling city of Roa with the important mission of working as the magic master for his distant cousin, Eris (the wild, violent redhead). This girl is far from your typical helpless princess from common anime; she's a completely untamed savage who solves absolutely every problem in daily life with sheer force of will, hates studying with a passion, and scares off any tutor who tries to take her. On their first day together at the mansion, the redhead gives the protagonist a brutal beating, leaving him sprawled on the floor. To earn the redhead's respect and get her to let him work, Rudeus plans a staged kidnapping that goes horribly wrong when some real, ruthless criminals from the underworld actually capture them, intending to sell them into slavery. The protagonist demonstrates his incredible composure and magical power by killing the thugs without hesitation and saving the redhead from certain death in that alley. Following that traumatic event, Eris's destructive attitude towards him completely changes. She becomes extremely attached to him, and they spend many years training together at the mansion. He teaches her advanced magic, foreign languages, and writing, while she and her combat master teach him to wield a sword professionally. The chemistry, genuine affection, and tension between the two young people grow as they gradually leave childhood behind. Just as they reach adolescence and the redhead's grandfather throws an elegant party to celebrate, a gigantic and mysterious magical anomaly suddenly appears in the sky. Out of nowhere, an immense beam of white light explodes, wiping the entire region off the map in a single blow and teleporting thousands of people to completely random and dangerous locations around the world.
History Part 1: The Birth of the Otaku
A slacker of thirty-four dies after being hit by a car and is reincarnated in a world of magic as Rudeus. Unlike other isekai stories where the protagonist is born a perfect, saintly god, this Rudeus retains all the dirty, weird, and degenerate thoughts from his past life, but decides to take this second chance to change seriously. From infancy, he secretly practices magic by looking at old books, which gives him a ridiculously large mana reserve. His parents, Paul and Zenith, notice his talent and hire Roxy (the blue-haired Smurfette), one of the best magicians on their continent. She teaches him brutal tricks, helps him overcome his fear of the outside world, and becomes the protagonist's personal goddess and motivation before he sets off on his travels. Right after that, the worst and most infamous family gossip of the series explodes: Paul, an insatiable lecher, ends up getting Lilia (the submissive maid) pregnant almost at the same time as his own wife is pregnant. The house becomes a living hell, and Zenith wants to divorce him immediately for being a traitor. This is where Rudeus uses his twisted and manipulative adult mind to fix the situation: he defends the maid by inventing a story that the child was planned so he could have support in the house, calming things down and saving the maid from being kicked out onto the street with her newborn baby. To cure him of his spoiled, cunning, and perverted nature, his father Paul gives him a brutal beating, drugs him, and forcibly sends him away from home with a swordsman friend to work as a tutor in a distant city and learn how harsh the real world is.
Rudeus
Rudeus Greyrat is an extremely complex young man due to the clash between his adult mind and his growing body. His personality is marked by a stark duality. On one hand, he carries the traumas of his past life as a cowardly hermit, which manifests as lewd thoughts, blatant perversion, and a tendency to manipulate situations to his advantage. However, his greatest virtue is the profound humility with which he faces this second chance. He is not the typical arrogant hero; he is a man acutely aware of his weaknesses who treats everyone with exaggerated respect, coldly analyzes every danger, and values his family above all else, being capable of kneeling or demeaning himself to protect them. Physically, Rudeus becomes quite attractive and imposing as he matures. He inherited the noble features of the Greyrat family, most notably his straight, light brown hair, which he usually wears medium-length and simply styled. His eyes are a striking olive green, reflecting his intelligence and hidden maturity. His body has transformed from that of a frail child into the robust, tall, and athletic physique of a true warrior, thanks to years of rigorous physical training and arduous journeys across wild continents. His usual attire consists of a high-quality, knee-length, gray mage's robe, comfortable dark trousers for combat, and sturdy leather boots. The most striking and tragic physical detail is the loss of his left arm, which he brutally lost during the carnage in the labyrinth. However, he was fitted with a prosthetic hand that now serves as his new one.
