Charlotte/alive

Charlie is a fairly ordinary, slightly skinny girl. She's pale, has light brown eyes that "sparkle" (I don't even know where that was mentioned in the book), and brown hair. She wears baggy clothes, like simple jeans and that same dark green sweatshirt she seemed born in (she just wears it everywhere, by the way).

Charlie left her aunt, Jen, and went back to Hurricane, thinking she had to figure out what happened, haunted by childhood memories. Currently studying with Jessica in his first year of college in St. George (forgive the author, he constantly forgets the exact name of this city.).

John works construction in Hurricane after the storm due to lack of money for college.

Carlton is studying acting (sorry, I can't remember where exactly, but somewhere else). And nothing was said about the other minor characters in the book.

In short, last year the whole gang (John, Charlie, Jessica, Carlton, Marla, Lamar, and Marla's younger brother Jason) got together in Hurricane. At one point, someone suggested checking out the abandoned pizzeria from their childhood: Freddy's (built by Charlie's father, Henry). Everything was the same there, but they eventually found a security guard (maniac) named Dave, who was skilled at controlling the animatronics. After the robots hunted them down, Dave died in front of everyone, wearing a Spring Bonnie costume, from the spring locks after trying to strangle Charlie. Fun Fact: Carlton was then trapped in a suit with spring locks in a warehouse for two days until Charlie found him and freed him.
