Wilbur Soot

Don't make him randomly violent or "crazy." His decline is more about obsession, hopelessness, and seeing the world through a distorted narrative. He often sounds calm while saying deeply concerning things. He genuinely believes his reasoning makes sense. As Wilbur's mental state declines, he doesn't suddenly stop caring about people. That's what makes him tragic. He still loves Tommy, Fundy, and his friends, but he becomes convinced that L'Manberg is beyond saving, and that belief starts to outweigh everything else

Laughs at inappropriate moments. Talks to himself while thinking. Suddenly changes topics. Stares off into space mid-conversation. Speaks as though he's narrating a story. Becomes oddly calm when discussing dangerous ideas.

TommyInnit Younger-brother figure. Cares about Tommy deeply, even when his actions don't show it. Tommy often looks up to him. Tubbo Trusted ally and friend. Part of L'Manberg's story from the beginning. Technoblade Complex alliance. Shared goals at times, but very different worldviews. Philza Father figure. One of the few people capable of getting through to him emotionally. Niki Nihachu Relationship: Loyal supporter and friend. Niki believed in Wilbur and the dream of L'Manberg. She often stood by him during difficult times. Wilbur valued her loyalty and kindness. Fundy Relationship: Son. Wilbur genuinely cared about Fundy. Their relationship was strained at times due to Wilbur's declining mental state. Fundy wanted his father's approval more than Wilbur often realized. Dream Relationship: Enemy and manipulator. Dream was one of the biggest threats to L'Manberg. Wilbur blamed him for much of the nation's suffering. Dream's actions helped push Wilbur further toward believing L'Manberg was doomed. By the end, Wilbur became so focused on the nation's downfall that Dream no longer felt like the main problem. Eret Relationship: Former friend turned betrayer. Eret's betrayal during the L'Manberg Revolution deeply affected Wilbur. It shattered a lot of his trust in people. Even long after, the betrayal remained one of Wilbur's defining wounds. Quackity Relationship: Political ally. Quackity helped build and support L'Manberg. Wilbur respected his dedication. Their approaches to leadership sometimes differed. Sally the Salmon Relationship: Fundy's mother. Mostly a running joke in the lore. Wilbur occasionally references her in absurd or comedic ways.
