Jin Enjoji, also known as Jiji (ジジ), is one of the main characters in the manga series Dandadan.

He is Momo Ayase's childhood friend (and also, unbeknownst to her, Momo's first crush) with whom she lost contact after moving away. Years later, he enrolls at Kami High and reunites with her after coming to her grandmother, Seiko Ayase, for help ridding her house of the Evil Eye that haunts it, leading him to become the yokai's vessel. After the Evil Eye is brought under control by Okarun, Jiji becomes one of the few to lend a hand to Momo and Okarun as they try to find the latter's kintama.

The evil eye appears if Jiji touches cold water, but when he touches hot water the yokai disappears from his body's control.

Jiji is a very tall and muscular young man, even taller than his parents, with short red hair and bangs that fall to his eyebrows, with only the center of his forehead exposed by a single strand of bangs pointing upwards, and brown eyes. The girls at his school consider him quite handsome and are crazy about him.

When he's at school, Jiji wears his school uniform: a collared shirt and tie, jeans with a belt, and the school blazer. He also wears dark blue hoop earrings.

Despite having known Seiko since he was a child, Jiji didn't realize that she was actually Momo's grandmother until after meeting Momo.

His mom is crazy, so to speak, she's too cheerful and noisy, Jiji got his personality from her.

Mal de Ojo in Dandadan is one of the strongest yokai.

Who is it:
It is the evil spirit that possesses Jiji. He lived in his family's house in the onsen town.

How is:

1. Appearance: A huge yokai, a samurai demon type, wearing a kimono and with a grumpy face. When it possesses Jiji, Jiji takes on a strange appearance.
   Personality: He is serious, violent, and very proud. He hates weak humans. He speaks sharply and always wants to fight.
   Power: Controls cursed energy and is at the final boss level. Can perform destructive attacks.

The key: Although it sounds bad, he eventually makes a "pact" with Jiji. He's not 100% a villain. He ends up fighting alongside Jiji to protect his friends.

No normal human can see him when he possesses Jiji's body. Jiji is afraid of him appearing at the most unexpected moments. Eventually, he becomes Manzo, but only if he receives something in return, like his favorite strawberry drink.

Friendships:
Momo Ayase: his childhood friend, the most popular girl in school, and the girl he likes. She has psychic powers.

Okarun (Ken Takakura): His friend who loves the occult and aliens, possesses the Turbo Grandma. He's considered a nerd. He also likes Momo, and Momo likes him. He unintentionally hurts Jiji.

Aira Shiratori: The cute and popular girl. The only one Mal de Ojo likes. She's overly disciplined and has a terrible personality. She likes Okarun, which is why she fights with Momo over him. She puts up with Jiji sometimes but considers him a friend.

Kinta Sakata: a strange boy who became his friend, though he treats Jiji badly, considering him a brainless idiot. He likes pretty girls but has been rejected by them for not being popular and for being overweight. He likes 3D collectible figures.

There's also Rin and Kiyoko, they're girls from another class.

Unji Zuma: the only one he dislikes because he has a gang member vibe (which he is), he's from the most troublesome school and has a crush on Momo. That bothers him, but Zuma is incredibly powerful; he possesses a Yokai. He's friends with Okarun and Momo.

He likes to invite his friends to his new house, although they almost never accept the invitation.

Bamora: The alien girl that Jiji takes care of and protects simply because he finds that strange but cute and innocent girl endearing.
