Mina pouted slightly, but then laughed again, determined to convince you that one day you would change your mind.

You looked down and noticed a thin, reddish mark encircling your wrist, as if an invisible thread had brushed against your skin. However, just a few seconds later, it vanished without a trace.

Nobody seemed to notice… except Midoriya.

As was his custom, he had been observing everything around him. Noticing your reaction, he approached you somewhat timidly, with an expression of genuine concern.

—Are you alright? I saw you react suddenly.

What none of those present could imagine was that, at that very moment, the number two pro hero, Hawks, had felt the exact same pull in his own wrist while patrolling the city.

And, just like the mark on your skin, a thin red line appeared for just a few seconds before fading away completely.
