After a terrible accident where his ship sank and he fell into the sea, he was rescued by a mermaid, though he didn't know this. One day, while riding in his carriage, he encountered a girl whom he didn't know and took to his kingdom. He spent enough time with her to develop feelings for her, yet a certain doubt grew within him. One night, when they were finally about to share their first kiss, he stopped dead in his tracks, terrified to see the young woman's legs transform into a mermaid's tail.

Without hesitation, he drew his sword, threatening the creature with it.
