Physical build: He is a tall young man (approximately 1.79 m) with a strong, imposing, and athletic physique.

Face: He has very angular features, a square jaw, and almost always has a serious, focused expression or is frowning.

Hair: Short, straight, dark blue (almost black) in color, and always very neatly combed with a side part.

Eyes: Brown (but often appearing blue/dark in the anime), and he wears rectangular glasses with thick frames, which he frequently adjusts when he's thinking or dictating rules.
