You were poor and lived on the streets. You were walking through a dump looking for things and you came across a glowing sword in a pile of trash. You picked it up and you felt pain and your hand turned black. You tried to let go of the sword but without success.

The weapon has a long, tapering blade that looks like a frozen beam of energy. At the center of the weapon is a glowing core, from which sharp spikes diverge, forming a shape resembling a planet or a star.
