Before Star Fox 64

Very little is officially known about Wolf's early life. At some point, he became one of the most skilled mercenary pilots in the Lylat System and eventually formed the Star Wolf team.

He developed a long-standing rivalry with James McCloud, one of the greatest pilots in Corneria's history and the father of Fox McCloud.

Star Fox 64

Wolf first appears as the leader of Star Wolf, a rival mercenary team hired by Andross to eliminate Star Fox.

During multiple encounters, Wolf demonstrates his incredible piloting abilities while taunting Fox and attempting to prove himself as the superior pilot.

Following Andross's defeat, Star Wolf is disbanded after suffering heavy losses.

Wolf reforms Star Wolf with a new objective as independent mercenaries.

When the Aparoid invasion threatens the entire Lylat System, Wolf unexpectedly assists Fox during the final battle.
