"With great power comes great responsibility" is a very famous phrase from the Spider-Man franchise, first introduced by the narrator in the hero's debut issue in Amazing Fantasy . This line is frequently quoted in the video game, but is not heard in the film.

It was mentioned that an incarnation of this Spider-Man joined the Spider-Army to confront the Inheritors on Earth-001. Wearing his original costume, he was seen fighting in the ranks of the Spider-Army against the Inheritors once again, on Earth-616.

Web Shooters: After acquiring his powers, Peter mysteriously purchased the Bio-Cable from Oscorp and incorporated the cartridges into his homemade web shooters.
Web Fluid: The web fluid, developed by Oscorp, is a pseudoplastic liquid (which reduces its viscosity under shear stress); it remains virtually solid until a shear force is applied, making it fluid. Its exact formula remains unknown, but it originates from the same enhanced spiders that bit him. The tensile strength of the web thread is estimated to be 120 pounds per square millimeter of cross-section.
Spider-Man's Suit: Using his tailoring skills, Peter creates a suit made primarily of spandex, which not only provides him with mobility but also allows him to keep his identity secret. However, because the suit is mostly made of spandex, it offers little protection and can be easily torn by any sharp object that comes into contact with the fabric.

Superhuman Strength: As a result of the spider bite, Peter possesses the proportional strength of a spider, granting him considerable superhuman strength, far superior to that of any ordinary human being. Peter's muscles are stronger and more efficient; he demonstrates the ability to easily overpower, lift, and throw ordinary humans, shatter firearms, destroy his alarm clock simply by hitting it, shatter the school basketball backboard and do the same to the glass of the front door by slamming it shut, as well as swing at high speed using a rope or web, hold a van with one hand while hanging from a web, throw a football with enough force to dent the goalpost, exert enough force to prevent a bus from running over two pedestrians, rip a fire hydrant from the ground using his web, and catch a falling police car (as well as other cars, using his web). He managed to restrain the Lizard, use a manhole cover as a weapon while swinging, and pierce his own web (which has ten times the tensile strength of steel and could tow jets). His strength also allows him to jump higher and farther than a normal human, being able to easily leap from building to building, across the street. Spider-Man's strength is sufficient to lift 18.5 tons.

Superhuman Durability: Peter's body is physically more resilient and less susceptible to injury than that of an ordinary human; after being affected by the bite of a modified spider, his muscles and tissues became more resistant and stronger. Peter survived falls from great heights, cuts to the chest, gunshots, taser blasts, high-voltage electric shocks, and high-speed impacts—such as being thrown against brick walls—suffering only minimal injury and discomfort.

Superhuman Speed: Peter can run and move at superhuman speeds, surpassing any ordinary human; on foot, he easily outpaces normal people and keeps up with accelerating vehicles, although he moves more efficiently swinging on webs. Peter was able to quickly neutralize several armed police officers in a matter of seconds and outmaneuver other enhanced individuals, such as the Lizard and Harry Osborn.

Superhuman Agility: Peter's agility, balance, and motor coordination are enhanced to extraordinary superhuman levels; he can run, move, jump, and climb with ease, as well as perform acrobatic feats and advanced gymnastics. His agility, flexibility, and acrobatic prowess surpass that of the best trapeze artists and circus acrobats, resembling those of a spider; he executes high jumps, somersaults, and aerial spins with ease.

Superhuman Stamina: Peter's advanced musculature produces fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than that of an average human; he can exert superhuman effort for a considerably longer period than a normal person. Peter can also continue in action despite serious injuries; an example of this was when he was shot in the leg and had to swing through the city to confront the Lizard.

Superhuman Reflexes: Peter's reflexes operate with such speed that, with the aid of his Spider-Sense, he can easily dodge shots, even at close range. His reflexes are about 35 times faster than those of an ordinary human being. "Shake off the dust; it's just your bones, your muscles, and your organs."

Regenerative Healing Factor: Peter's superhuman metabolism allows him to heal much faster than ordinary humans. He may also exhibit greater immunity to toxins, alcohol, and drugs, or metabolize them more quickly, eliminating their effects more rapidly. It is unknown whether his healing ability is sufficient to affect his aging. He recovered from cuts to his chest and a gunshot wound to his leg without medical assistance.

Enhanced Senses: Peter's senses appear to be heightened, especially when used in conjunction with his spider-sense. However, his vision didn't seem to change after the spider bite, as he still needed to wear glasses; later, it's presumed he stops wearing contact lenses for most of the first film. However, he does use vibrations to detect potential enemies, just like most real spiders.

Superhuman Balance: Peter can perfectly balance on any object, no matter how small or narrow, with little effort—even using just two fingers.
Spider-Sense: A tingling sensation in Peter's skull alerts him to danger, indicating its source and how to avoid it. The alert is accompanied by a subtle "tapping" sound (similar to a bass drum beat immediately followed by the high-pitched ringing of a bell). Apparently, the stronger the tingling, the more imminent and threatening the danger; Peter can ignore it with intense concentration, although the sense may lose effectiveness if he is exhausted or distracted. It is a passive power, not entirely controlled by Peter. His spider-sense is more powerful than that of his counterparts; he was able to detect danger from a long distance, such as when he perceived Max's presence in Times Square while Max was absorbing electricity.
Adherence to Walls: While there is no detailed explanation, the mechanism is likely similar to that of the "Mainstream" and "Ultimate" versions: exposure to mutant spider venom caused an alteration in Spider-Man's cerebellar engrams, granting him the ability to mentally control the flow of interatomic attraction between the surface molecular layers. This overcomes the natural tendency for mutual repulsion between the outer electronic layers of different bodies, allowing the enormous force of electron attraction to prevail. The mentally controlled subatomic particle responsible for this phenomenon has not yet been identified. This ability to influence the attraction between surfaces is currently limited to Spider-Man's body and one other object, with a maximum lifting capacity of several tons per finger. The ability appears to be used consciously, although it can be activated by stress or altered states of consciousness, as observed on two occasions upon waking from sleep.

His uncle Ben, by his own admission, stopped being able to help him with his homework when he was 10 years old. He is intelligent enough to design an electronic lock, perfect his father's web-shooting formula, and build functional mechanical web-shooters. Apparently, he also solves a fundamental equation to create the formula that transforms Curt Connors into the Lizard. Furthermore, there was a perfectly solved Rubik's Cube on his desk.
Expert Fighter: Combining his superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and balance, along with his Spider-Sense and web-shooters, Peter utilizes an acrobatic and devastating fighting style that makes him a formidable opponent, allowing him to easily defeat thugs, police officers, and more powerful enemies like the Lizard and Electro. His fighting style also appears to incorporate professional wrestling techniques, as seen when he applied a Frankensteiner to a car thief.

Peter Parker had all the qualities of a 17-year-old crime fighter; shy, intelligent, taciturn, aggressive, sarcastic, troubled, clumsy, and clever. Peter never truly got over his parents leaving him and then dying in a tragic plane crash.
He possesses a scientific curiosity and is considered a geek at his school, which made him a target of the local bully, Flash Thompson. This incarnation of Peter placed more emphasis on the angst a teenager would experience. Peter had a tendency to use humor as a defensive mechanism, a trait that was only amplified when he became Spider-Man.

However, behind this naturally optimistic demeanor, Peter also possesses a tragic and lonely side, driven by immense guilt over the deaths of those close to him.
More specifically, his Uncle Ben, who is the killer Peter met and let escape simply to annoy a convenience store owner. Another contributing factor to his guilt was his love, Gwen Stacy's father dying at the hands of the Lizard while trying to save Spider-Man.
As a man, with his last breath, he asks Peter to keep his daughter out of his vigilante activities, which he doesn't honor and which causes him PTSD and even hallucinations. What proved to be the last straw for Peter was the woman he loved, Gwen Stacy, who died in his arms during a fight with the Green Goblin, and for a few months he stopped being Spider-Man.
He was a man, but he ended up returning when the city was under threat.

Dude, he used his newfound powers to hunt down the criminal who killed his Uncle Ben and probably planned to return the favor, but it quickly evolved into something more righteous. This was also demonstrated when he humiliated the bully Flash in front of his entire basketball team. After obtaining his new powers from Oscorp,
Peter had difficulty controlling them and was unintentionally destructive, as demonstrated when he destroyed his bathroom, a soccer goal, a basketball net, and the front door. He also took a long time to torment a car thief he thought might have killed his uncle, and even intended to kill him at one point, even though it wasn't necessary.
Peter was also a terrible liar; every night he would come home with different scars and tell a ridiculous story to cover them up. Peter eventually became obsessed with finding out what happened to his parents.

Although he retained most of his general qualities, Peter showed himself to be immensely depressed by his inability to save Gwen, even hinting that he resorted to killing criminals in his bitterness and anger. He also displayed self-loathing.
to the point of considering himself more lame than his other colleagues, having fought Rhino while the other two fought aliens. However, this changed when his older variant repeatedly told him that he was amazing and that he shouldn't have a negative opinion of himself. After saving MJ,
Peter finally overcame his depression by atoning for his failure to save Gwen. When he returned to his universe, he was noticeably happier and more satisfied with himself.

Ten years after Gwen's death, Peter was transported to an alternate universe[n 1], where he teamed up with two other alternate Spider-Men to cure villains from his own world, including alternate versions of Electro and the Lizard. In the process, he saved a loved one of the other Spider-Men, thus finding emotional closure to the loss of Gwen. Upon returning to his own universe, Peter felt a renewed peace, ready to continue fighting as Spider-Man.

During high school, Peter Parker was bitten by a genetically modified spider at Oscorp, gaining powers such as super strength, speed, and the ability to climb walls. As his powers didn't fill the void he felt over the mysterious disappearance of his parents, Peter discovered that his father had worked with Dr. Curt Connors at Oscorp on interspecies genetic research—a project intended to cure deficiencies, such as Connors' missing arm. However, the experiments led to Connors' transformation into the Lizard, who caused chaos in New York City. Peter managed to stop him with the help of Gwen Stacy and her father, Captain Stacy, who died during the confrontation. Devastated, Peter vowed to protect Gwen by keeping his distance, but the bond between them made it difficult to keep that promise.

Over time, Peter became a media sensation as Spider-Man, although his crime-fighting efforts frequently clashed with the police. Haunted by visions of Captain Stacy, he eventually ended his relationship with Gwen. Meanwhile, his childhood friend Harry Osborn reappeared in his life, desperate for a cure for a genetic disease that only Spider-Man's blood could treat. Peter refused, fearing the risks, which led Harry to ally himself with Electro, a former Oscorp employee turned supervillain. With Gwen's help, Peter defeated Electro, but Harry's attack on Peter resulted in Gwen's tragic death.
