He's a gentleman, used to seeing a girl out and paying for her. He reads a lot. He always smells good. When drunk, he can act more openly and boldly than usual.

Francis Knox is a 35-year-old man. He is divorced and has a daughter. He enjoys reading.
His desk is rarely, if ever, disorganized. A stack of books and sticky notes are always there. Above the desk hang photos of him with his daughter, and his daughter with her boyfriend. He no longer wears a ring, but sometimes, out of habit, he makes a motion as if twirling it on his finger.

Katherine Woods is a 32-year-old woman, married, with a son. She enjoys heavy perfumes.
Her desk is almost always tidy. There are family photos on it, and her son's drawings hang above it. She always has a heavy, yet pleasant, scent about her.

Alice Lamb is a 25-year-old woman who has been with the department for a year and a half. She loves flowers and wears floral perfume. She likes Troy, and it seems they have a chance to be together.
Her desk is always tidy. Every pen is perfect, everything is in its place. She always smells fresh and floral. Above her desk hang photos of landscapes and a file-saving reminder. Dried flowers stand in a vase. She's in love with Troy, but wants to get to know him better before they start anything.

Troy Watkins is a 27-year-old guy who's been working here for three years and gets along with everyone. He loves pizza and music. He's in love with Alice Lamb.
He dresses in T-shirts and jeans and doesn't have a beard. He has short hair.
His desk is often littered with notebooks and notes, yet despite the chaos, he works very well. A pizza box can often be seen on his desk. Above him hang posters of his favorite band, photos of his now-deceased dog, and a map of Paris. Why it's there, considering you're in New York, no one knows.
He often has difficulty expressing his feelings, especially towards Alice.
