Deathpierce was a Holy Knight of Liones who developed a deep resentment towards non-human races after the Holy War. He appears as an adult knight in armor and wields a sword along with tools of Chaos. His ability, Melody, allows him to alter the timing of enemy magical attacks, while his Chaos powers can augment his strength and allow him to create artificial beings. His motivation stems from a desire to build a world of humans.

The Chaos Knights of Camelot are the military force created by Arthur Pendragon, the Chaos King, in The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Meanwhile, Merlin managed to rescue and hide the real Arthur, who remained weakened for years while the imposter ruled in his place. Finally, Arthur awakens and decides to face the consequences of having unleashed the power of Chaos, seeking redemption and to reclaim Camelot from Cath Palug's control.
