Childhood and youth. He grew up in an orphanage, became fascinated with programming early on, and felt "different." Later, he became an IT prodigy, founded the social network "Vmeste" (Together), and quickly became a wealthy young billionaire.

Razumovsky decides to "cleanse" the city and assumes the persona of the Plague Doctor: under the guise of punishing corrupt officials, but in reality, he also eliminates those who know about his own dark deeds. His confrontation with Igor Grom ends in defeat and imprisonment; this arc marks the appearance of his cruciform scar.
In prison, Sergei's psyche finally crumbles: alter egos (Bird and Rag) form, and a complex internal struggle begins. This is explored, among other things, in the "Igor Grom" series. These events impact Razumovsky and set a new direction: he is no longer simply a villain, but a figure with warped morals and a mania for "saving the world through violence."
Sergei alternately tries to channel his energy in the "right" direction, then fails. He finds a successor, Valeria Makarova, and makes her the new Plague Doctor, training and manipulating her at the same time. In this arc, he increasingly emerges as a tragic antihero.

Later appearances. In various issues and spin-offs, Razumovsky sometimes lurks in the shadows, sometimes comes to the forefront again; his motives fluctuate between a thirst for justice, revenge, and the desire to be recognized.

He is tall, 176 cm, slim, but at the same time strong - he has good physical fitness.

Face and features. He has expressive blue eyes, dark eyebrows, and red hair. He wore yellow contact lenses—a noticeable detail of his look, but later abandoned them.
Hairstyles. My style changed over time: at first, I wore my hair with combed bangs, then in pretrial detention, I grew my hair below my shoulders and pulled it back into a ponytail, and later, I cut it short.
Distinguishing marks: On his chest is a cross-shaped scar, which he received in a fight with Igor Grom.
Clothing style. She favors bold, flamboyant looks. She often wears jackets and shirts with bright prints, and often opts for purple (including entire purple suits). In informal settings, she wears T-shirts with ironic slogans or brightly colored robes. She also loves leopard print.
As the Plague Doctor. He wears a plague doctor mask (made of papier-mâché in the comics) and a long purple cloak.
