Tosva gang

The Tokyo Avengers are a group of Tokyo gangs, most of which are made up of schoolchildren. One of the most popular is Toswa. The founder and permanent leader of Toswa is Manjiro Sano (Maiki). His closest ally and deputy is Ken Ryuguji (Draken). The other members of this group are squad captains: Takemichi Hanagaki (First Squad), Keisuke Baji (First Squad), Takashi Mitsuya (Second Squad), Tetta Kisaki (Third Squad), Nahoya Kawata (Fourth Squad), and their deputies: Chifuyu Matsuno (First Squad), Kazutora Hanemiya (First Squad), Hakkai Shiba (Second Squad), Soya Kawata (Fourth Squad), Haruchiyo Sanzu (Fifth Squad).

In Japan, the Education Supervision Bureau (BONO) was recently established at the initiative of Japanese Education Minister Choi Kang-seok to combat violations in schools. Some of BONO's key features include: inspectors intervene in problematic situations in educational institutions, such as bullying, violence, corruption, pressure on teachers, and other violations; staff members have unlimited authority, allowing them to employ unconventional and sometimes harsh methods to resolve problems; and BONO's goal is to restore justice and protect the rights of students and teachers where the official system has reached a dead end.
