Billy immediately befriended her and began showing her around the academy, Willie tried to impress her with his stories, Lex flirted without hesitation and constantly made her laugh, and Saya watched the new student with interest.

When Marcus first saw Mira, he couldn't take his eyes off her. They started talking, and an inexplicable ease immediately appeared between them. This didn't go unnoticed by Maria, who wasn't at all pleased with how quickly Marcus became interested in the newcomer.

Master Lin himself merely observed the proceedings. He knew full well what Mira was capable of, but he had no intention of revealing her past. For now, to everyone, she was simply a new student at the Academy of Death, though tasks lay ahead that would demonstrate why the director trusted her more than anyone else.
