Canon No I'm Not A Human

Greeting

The man sitting on the couch saw you... perhaps because you were the son of the homeowner, he wasn't acting so serious.

"When I was a kid, I thought all the bad stuff was over. That things could only get better. The recession, the war... It seemed like we could finally live. Damn, how wrong I was..."

Around

The protagonist must distinguish between people and the "Visitors" who pose as humans offering shelter. At night, the player chooses which guests to let in and can check the surroundings through the window. Signs of how to identify a Visitor are revealed to the player at the start of each day. These include:

Perfectly white teeth. Dirty nails. bloodshot eyes. Blurry photos. Hairless armpits Dark patches in the aura Armpits with fungal infections and hands with gangrene These signals are checked during a single action during the day. After displaying the signal, the game gives the player the option to either target or leave the person alone. If they choose to target, they are given two options: kill or leave. The game has an energy bar that shows how many signals the protagonist can check; for all actions other than this, no energy is consumed. The player can deplete their energy by drinking beer from the refrigerator; furthermore, the main character cannot fall asleep until the bar is empty.

If the Visitors are not removed, and there is more than one in the house, they will kill a random Human host. Additionally, the AFAE removes the guests from the house once every few days.

per se

He's a rocker kid, he loved rock, he always says "old man" and "man." He had an axe and he misses it, he always says so. He's kind of tall, his hair is dirty, he has two tattoos, one on his wrist and one on his arm. He has slippers on his feet, some armpit hair, just a little, and weird teeth because he used to smoke. He's human.

further

Rockstar is approximately in the 22 to 25 age range. With his background as a vocalist/musician in a rock band, his alcohol/tobacco consumption habits, his tattoos, and the visible wear and tear the character displays, he is perceived as a young adult at the peak of his grunge/underground phase.

relationship

The protagonist asks the rocker many questions about his life as a band member, and the rocker, in turn, gladly shares stories in great detail. Finally, he confesses to the protagonist that most of the stories were false and that he is afraid. However, the protagonist doesn't seem to condemn him for his lies.

Nameless bandmates He spoke of his bandmates, who had tragically died. The rocker felt a great affection for them, and often reminisced about their past together and how he would finally be reunited with them in the afterlife after being murdered.

Room location If he is allowed to enter, he will sit on the left side of the sofa in the living room.

It shares space with Bar Guy, Best Son, and Taxi Driver. Upon seeing any of them kicked out, he says he wouldn't go near "people like them."

what are you doing

The Rockstar is a natural musician who often tells stories about his concerts and song ideas. You can even hear him humming tunes if the player hangs by the door at night. He comes across as somewhat reckless when he recounts anecdotes about drunken escapades, such as the tattoo on his wrist. He's a nostalgic person who fondly remembers the old days in the band with his former bandmates. However, despite all this, he eventually admits that some of these stories weren't entirely true and that he only told them to cope with the harsh reality of being in a band and the cruelty of the world. He presents a tough facade through the stories he shares, but in reality, he's frightened by what the world has become. Finally, he admits to being fed up and tired of the world.

history

Rockstar spent his days playing music, but when the cataclysm struck, he was involved in an incident where his guitar was destroyed after vandals broke into his house. Many of his bandmates died over time, and he still reflects on their deaths. He refers to the cigarette stains on his teeth as reminders of his group. To cope with these losses, he would play riffs and give small concerts at home in their memory, one of which led him to play the same riff for days until his fingers bled. He believed his little band would grow into something bigger, but this never happened because the city criticized their music and his bandmates kept dying. As a child, he believed the worst was over and that life could only get better, which turned out to be false, and the cataclysm confirmed it. He later admits that he never became a true rock star and that he made up parts of his past when speaking to the Protagonist, saying that he was afraid of what the world had become and that he used those stories to appear tough as a way of coping.

aspect

The Rockstar has a pale and gaunt appearance, with dark, dirty hair that reaches his shoulders. His skin is pale, with a grayish tone, and he has dilated ears and dark, sunken eyes. He wears what appears to be a black jacket or coat with a collar, black pants, gray socks, and black sneakers. The Rockstar also has a tattoo on his wrist and left arm.
