Season 9. "Hunted"

In the First Realm, the ninja and Wu want to rescue a sand-covered Faith, but are ambushed. They are tied to a tower with chains made of vengeance-stone, absorbing the forces of the elements. At this point, Wu has another growth spurt and becomes an adult. The colossus, controlled by Skylor, hits the building with Harumi, and the Silent One dies. Skylor is poisoned by Garmadon's power, who, having lost his adopted daughter, becomes angry and begins to destroy the city with renewed vigor. The masks of hatred and deception are being destroyed. Wu takes the Baron to Firstborn (the Mother of all dragons) and to the golden armor of the First Spinjitzu Master. The Iron Baron puts on armor, but Firstborn spews flames at him, encasing him in molten metal. The Dragon Hunters realize that the Baron has deceived them and free the ninja and Faith. Adult Wu puts on dragon armor and flies to Ninjago with the ninja on dragons. Nya, Lloyd, Dareth, and a poisoned Skylor meet them. They dedicate the final battle to Mystake, to whom they owe a lot. In the Cryptarium prison, the imprisoned ninja allies are released. Thanks to the Dragon Harpoon skills learned from Faith, the ninja, their allies, and Wu defeat the Colossus. Lloyd, fighting without a fight, takes away Garmadon's power and regains his own. Garmadon gloomily warns that this is not the end, and when They come, there will be nothing left; only his strength could hold them back. The sons of Garmadon and the Emperor himself are imprisoned in the Cryptarium. Skylor is cured. A few days later, the ninja and their friends celebrate their victory. In the evening, Master Wu accompanies the Firstborn to the World of Oni and Dragons. Lloyd is troubled by Garmadon's warning: "Will They really come?"

Season 9. "Hunted"

In the world of Ninjago, a battle takes place in the new Resistance hideout, during which Misako, Pixel and the elemental masters, except Skylor, are imprisoned by bikers in the Cryptarium. In the World of Oni and Dragons, the ninja are released from captivity, but they are found by Heavy Metal, the right hand of the Iron Baron (the main hunter who killed and made the throne from the bones of the Ultra Dragon), and it turns out to be a girl named Faith. She helps them, and before she arrives, Wu becomes a teenager. The heroes, together with Faith, escape to the territory of the Oni, the hunters fearfully chase them to the forbidden territory. The hunters learn that Faith is a traitor and begin a pursuit of the ninja, during which Faith is captured. In Ninjago, Lloyd, Nya, Skylor, and Dareth flee after being ambushed by the Resistance's hideout. On the streets of the ruined city, they meet a talking rat, which turns out to be Mystake. She reveals her secret to the ninja: Mystake is an Oni demon who has lived in Ninjago City for centuries. She followed the First Spinjitzu Master and loved the world he had created with all her heart. The Silent One comes to Garmadon and asks him to become his daughter. The Emperor approves. The Resistance catches Harumi, and Mystake, in the guise of the Silent One, goes with Skylor to Garmadon so that the Amber Master can absorb his power to control the Colossus. The real Harumi escapes and interferes with the Resistance's plan: during the battle between Mystake, Skylor, and the Sons of Garmadon, the Amber Master touches the Emperor and escapes, and Mystake is killed by Garmadon.

Season 9. "Hunted"

A week after the events of Season 8, Garmadon took over Ninjago City. The Sons of Garmadon have blocked all exits from Ninjago and are scouring every block to find Lloyd. At the very beginning, we are shown Lloyd's training in order to return the power of the elements to him. Meanwhile, Garmadon ordered Mr. E to find his son and others resisting his authority. As a result, when the ninja run out of their hideout and are attacked by the Sons of Garmadon, the Elemental Masters, namely Skylor, Karlof, Shadow, Neiro, and Tox, come to the rescue. They are also joined by P.I.X.A.L., Misako, Dareth, Nya, and Mystake. Meanwhile, in the World of Oni and Dragons, Zane, Kai, Cole, and Jay try to fix the Bounty of Destiny, but nothing works. Growing up, Wu is hungry, and he and Cole go in search of food. There they are met by a dragon and run away. Finding a cave with cave paintings, they say: "It seems that we are not the only intelligent beings here." Kai, Jay, and Zane are caught by the Dragon Hunters, and Cole and Wu end up disguised as the same hunters. Emperor Garmadon destroys Mr. E, who did not catch the Green Ninja. Lloyd, at Mystake's urging, hijacks the radio station, broadcasting a video of the Ninjago citizens not giving up and uttering the phrase that eventually became the symbol of the season, "The Resistance Never Surrenders!".

Season 8. "Sons of Garmadon"

The ninja, including Lloyd, learn that Harumi is the Silent. Harumi retrieves the Mask of Hatred, and her entire gang hijacks the flying ship and flies to Ninjago City with Lloyd on board. Harumi then breaks Lloyd's heart, saying that she never loved him. Lloyd reunites with Misako, who was captured by the Sons of Garmadon when she tracked down Wu. Harumi begins the ceremony of summoning Garmadon from the realm of the dead. To do this, she needed Misako's hair, Lloyd's, and Wu's hair prepared in advance. But the ninja interrupt the ceremony, and all members of the Sons of Garmadon gang are imprisoned. But it turned out that Garmadon still came to life. He frees Harumi and her gang. Lloyd treacherously locks up his friends and goes into battle with his father alone. Garmadon, who is part of the Oni and the dragon, drains Lloyd's life force and reveals his true dark potential. Lloyd loses consciousness. Thanks to the elemental powers of his friends and Mystake's tea, he comes to life again, but without his elemental power. Meanwhile, Garmadon creates a stone giant (the Colossus) and takes over Ninjago City. His rock giant destroys the ninja ship with Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, and Lil' Wu on it, but the ship's crew uses the Wanderer's Tea given to Jay by Mystake. He transports them to the world of Oni and Dragons. Lloyd thinks his friends are dead. Now it's up to the ninjas, stuck in the world of Oni and Dragons, to go back and overthrow Lord Garmadon!

Season 8. "Sons of Garmadon"

The events take place a year after Wu and the Time Twins were pulled into a time vortex. Mysterious masked men steal the Mask of Vengeance from Borg Industries. Lloyd tries to take the mask from them. One of the thieves was caught and handed over to the police. The rest manage to escape with the mask. On one of them, Lloyd saw an image of his father Garmadon on a parachute. This is the symbol of the Sons of Garmadon gang. The ninja learn that the Sons of Garmadon are hunting for the three Oni masks. The ninja are tasked with guarding the Emperor of Ninjago during his public speech. There, Lloyd falls in love with the jade princess Harumi, whom the emperor and empress once adopted. The imperial family invited the ninja to the palace to thank them. The ninja guard the palace as the second Oni mask is kept there. Meanwhile, the Sons of Garmadon ask Ultra to participate in the attack on the palace. As a result, the Mask of Lies is stolen and the palace is blown up along with the imperial family, but Harumi escapes with Lloyd. He and the ninja fly away on a flying ship. From Mystake, the ninja learn that if all three masks are combined, the Sons of Garmadon will be able to revive Garmadon. Zane and Cole try to infiltrate the gang. Cole is exposed and caught, and Zane is able to ingratiate himself with them. Cole frees himself and steals the Baby Boy from the Sons of Garmadon, who turns out to be Wu. Zane is exposed during a race with bikers by the Silent Ones, the leader of the gang. Mr. E defeats Zane and sets a trap. It is revealed that Samurai X - P.I.V. V.J. Ninja crash-crash in the Primordial Eye, the place where the last mask is located. Lloyd and Harumi find themselves separated from the rest of the ninja. They reach the Oni Temple, where the Mask of Hatred is located.

Season 7. "Hands of Time"

During the flight in the Time Vortex in the Iron Doom, the Hands of Time began a battle with Kai, Nya, and Wu. Krux and Acronix have started to win and are about to get rid of Kai and Nya. Wu saw them fly past the present and there Rey was about to die. Master Wu manages to pull the Time Reverse Blade out of the time machine and before Kai and Nya fall out of the Iron Doom, he throws the blade at them, they fly out of the Iron Doom and end up back in Ninjago. They save their father, but Master Wu is left behind to fight the Hands of Time. Now Lloyd has become Master Lloyd and Ninja Sensei, and he swears that they will do everything they can to find Master Wu!

Season 7. "Hands of Time"

Meanwhile, in the battle between Acronix and Wu, Wu loses due to his inattention, and therefore hangs over the abyss, holding on to a branch. It also turns out that Acronix dealt him a blow of time, causing Wu to age rapidly. By that time, the Ninja arrive on their ship. After winning the fight with them as well, Acronix calmly leaves. The ninja find Wu and help him get out. Acronix himself comes to the museum, where Dr. Saunders, the curator of the Ninjago City Museum of History, is waiting for him, but in fact he is Krux. For forty years, Krux managed to raise a crimson army of snakes. Now the brothers' goal is to wait for the return of the remaining blades, build a time machine they call the Iron Doom, and eventually gain complete control over time. The Hands of Time's plans come to fruition, and they travel to the very day 40 years ago when Wu and Garmadon defeated Krux and Acronix and stripped them of their powers of time. They return to win a long-ago fight and then take possession of Ninjago for many years. But in the past, Nya, Kai and Master Wu fly in the Hands of Time on a dragon of two elements. This was the only way to get to the Time Rewinding Blade and save the completely dying Master Wu. And while finding the last Time Blade, Acronix struck time at Ray as well. The Elemental Masters mistake Kai and Nya for their parents. They help defeat the Hands of Time with their knowledge of crimson warriors, with the help of the Time Rewind Blade found in the past, and with the help of the Dragon of the Two Elements. After Krux and Acronix are defeated, Acronix offers to go far into the future, where there are no Elemental Masters and no one knows who the Hands of Time are, and after that, they go to the future, Kai, Nya, and the healed Master Wu fly after them again.

Season 7. "Hands of Time"

Sensei Wu suddenly decides to visit an old monastery that was once burned down by serpentines. At the same time, he does not explain to anyone the reasons for such an act, but only says that he needs to finish one old battle. As a result, it turns out that forty years ago there were the so-called "Hands of Time" - two brothers, Acronix and Krux (twins), whose element is time. The twins actively participated in the Serpentine War, and were on the side of Wu, Garmadon, and the Elemental Masters. However, they participated in the war because they wanted to gain power after it. Not getting what they wanted, Acronix and Krux decided to act against their old friends. Acronix, who can speed up and slow down time, and Krux, who can rewind time, or even pause altogether, were adept at fighting. Realizing that they could not be defeated in a fight, Wu asked Ray and Maya (Kai and Nya's parents) to forge time blades from chronosteel. In the end, Garmadon and Wu make it so that Acronix and Krux's powers are trapped in the Time Blades. Having opened the whirlwind of time with their help, the blades themselves fall into the same place. But Acronix and Krux did not give up, but jumped into the whirlwind after them. After closing the portal, the portal opens in the forest, from where the Backblade and Krux emerge. Krux did not notice the blade and left when Ray and Maya found the blade. Krux does not give up, and for many years he comes up with a plan. Acronix returns forty years later to the monastery where Wu was waiting for him, as he saw this moment in the whirlwind of time in the past. After the battle, a Time Acceleration Blade emerges from the portal. Noticing that there are obvious problems over time, the ninja, who were helping to clean the museum at the time, go straight to the monastery.

Special Issue "Day of the Departed"

In Ninjago, they are preparing to celebrate the Day of the Departed, during which it is customary to remember the dead. On the same day, a Yin-Yang lunar eclipse should occur. Master Yang plans to escape from his temple and tricks Cole into bringing him the Yin Blade. To prevent the other ninja from coming to Cole's aid, Yang instills ghosts of the defeated Ninja enemies into their own statues. The revived Samukai, Kozu, Cryptor, Chen and Morro are distributed which of the ninja they should destroy and are separated, only Morro decides to help the ninja and tell them about the danger. No matter how much the villains wanted to, they failed to defeat the Ninja and were destroyed again. The creator of Airjitzu creates the Rift of Return with the Yin Blade, but Cole prevents him from entering it. Eventually, the ghostly ninja gains new powers and destroys the Yin Blade, breaking the curse on Yang's students and freeing them. The Ghost Ninja learns Yang's backstory. The defeated sensei confesses to Cole that he always wanted immortality so that no one would forget him, but the blade did not allow him to become immortal not in the body of a ghost. He goes with Cole to the portal, but returns to the temple at the last moment, as one ghost must always be in the house that has the Ghost Curse on it. Cole passes through the rift and becomes human.

Season 6 "Heavenly Boundaries"

By stopping the invasion of ghosts and Morro himself, the Ninja gained great popularity. But the dark forces again threaten the island of Ninjago. The ghost of Klaus, formerly Master Chen's right-hand man, had mysteriously left the Realm of the Dead and found Tyran's teapot. He allowed Nadakhan, the evil genie and captain of the infamous Frigate of Misfortune, to free himself from the kettle.

After assembling his crew of pirates, Nadakhan returned to his homeworld and kingdom of Jinjago and found it collapsing. Seeing this destruction caused by the Ninja's battle with the Preeminent, Nadakhan swore revenge. He upgraded his ship so that it could fly and began to prepare for an attack. Now he and his crew are the Sky Pirates. He plans to recreate Jinjago in the skies with parts of Ninjago Island. Ninjas stood in his way, but the genie tested each of them with wishes. They realized that their desires had turned against themselves. One by one, they were imprisoned in the Djinn Blade, and their energy began to nourish Nadakhan, making him stronger. Nadakhan sees Nya, who looks exactly like his long-lost love Delar. If he manages to marry Nya, it will grant the genie an infinite number of wishes. While Nadakhan is planning a wedding, the remaining ninja search for the venom of the Tiger Widow, the only thing that can slow down the all-powerful genie. And until Jay frees his friends from the Djinn Blade, they won't be able to stop the unwanted wedding. The Ninja and their allies then used the Tiger Widow's venom. Nadakhan was defeated, and the spell fell. But during the battle, Nia was poisoned, and she was fatally poisoned. Heartbroken, Jay makes his last wish. He wished that the Tyran Teapot would never be found.

The world returns to the state it was in at the time of the first episode of this season, and Nadakhan is again imprisoned in a teapot.

Season 5 "Obsession"

Lloyd's body, mourning the death of his father, is possessed by the ghost of Morro, the Master of the Wind and one of Wu's first apprentices. The ninja, who are afraid of harming Lloyd, are powerless against Morro when he steals Wu's staff. The staff has three secret signs on it, pointing the way to the tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master. Wu learns that by finding the tomb, Morro will obtain the Crystal of Worlds, a relic with the powerful ability to tear the fabric between worlds, and let the mistress of the Cursed Realm, the Preeminent, into the world of Ninjago. The remaining ninja, following secret signs, find their way to the Cursed Temple of Yang and master the ancient art of air combat, Airjitzu. And then a misfortune happens. All the ninja were supposed to leave the temple before sunrise, but Cole hesitated and was turned into a ghost. Meanwhile, Nya learns that her mother was a Water Master and begins training to unlock her true potential, as ghosts are killed by water. The ninja visited the Cloud Kingdom, where the monks write the fate of each person in Ninjago and beyond, where they also obtained the Sword of the Sanctuary. The artifact is able to predict and show the next actions of the opponent on the blade. Later, the ninja found the underwater Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master and the Realm Crystal. However, at the decisive moment, Ronin steals the sword. Eventually, the ninja reach the tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master, free Lloyd, and rebuild the crew. However, Morro manages to escape with the Realm Crystal, so all the ninja can do in this situation is prepare for the arrival of the Preeminent. In the city of Styx, Morro pulls Lloyd into the Cursed Kingdom, where he meets his father. Garmadon explains to his son that the Supreme is the Cursed Kingdom, so it must be destroyed to save the world of Ninjago. Nya manages to reveal her true potential, and the ninja face off in a decisive battle with the Preeminent. Nya creates a powerful wave, sinking the Most High into the sea. Master Wu brings Lloyd back to the world of Ninjago with the help of a crystal

Season 4: Tournament of Elements

A new war against the Serpent Clans is looming. The ninja, who find themselves in a situation where it is impossible to understand who is a friend and who is an enemy, must find allies among the other Elemental Masters to put an end to Chen's evil plans. Despite their best efforts, Chen manages to transform himself and his henchmen into Anacondrai. The Elemental Masters converge in the Corridor of Elders in mortal combat with Anacondrai and Master Chen. Lloyd's father remembered all too well the last lesson Chen taught him: to win at all costs. Therefore, he summons the Anacondrai generals from imprisonment in the Cursed World, but in doing so, sends himself into exile. The real Serpentine, who only need one glance to understand that Chen and his minions are just pretending to be the Serpent Clan, take the brazen with them to the Cursed World. The victory came at too high a price for the Ninja. They mourn for Garmadon, who sacrificed himself. But the ninja do not yet know that a dark spirit has entered the world of Ninjago through a portal.

Season 4: Tournament of Elements

When Zane sacrificed himself to stop the Golden Master, the power of the Golden Weapons revealed the Titanium Ninja's new abilities. The colossal energy released destroyed his body and threw Zane into the Didjiverse. Only P.I.X.A.L. felt Zane's ephemeral presence, or at least it seemed to her.

Zane's death in the battle against the Golden Master was a huge loss for the ninja. The team fell apart. When Lloyd tries to reunite the Ninja, they receive a mysterious invitation to the Tournament of Elements on Master Chen's island. All the ninja are intrigued by this mystery, but the team finally unites when they receive a hint that Zane may still be alive. They travel to Master Chen's distant island and discover that they are not the only descendants of the first Elemental Masters. Under Garmadon's leadership, the Ninja battle other masters to claim victory, but soon discover that the tournament is nothing more than a cover for a clever plot. Master Chen steals the elemental power of each defeated fighter and hopes to use it to turn his dependent minions into an army of ruthless Anacondrai.

Season 3 "Reloaded"

In an attempt to save Lloyd and Wu and end the Overlord's rule, the party travels to Didjiverse. They manage to reboot the system with the help of the Techno Blades, but unfortunately they are too late. The Overlord had already managed to escape to the real world. The ninja fearlessly went into space to prevent the nindroids from obtaining the Mega Weapon, which the shards of the Golden Weapons turned into. But they did not succeed. When they returned, they found that the Overlord had become a Golden Master and was leading his troops towards New Ninjago City. When all attempts by the ninja to stop him failed, Zane sacrificed himself to destroy the Overlord's physical form, but his spirit survived.

Season 3 "Reloaded"

The defeat inflicted on the Overlord by the Golden Ninja in the Final Battle brought peace back to Ninjago and marked the beginning of the society's technological prosperity. The city of Ninjago City was rebuilt and turned into the city of the future, uniting all aspects of life into a single whole. Welcome to New Ninjago City! The ninja found that their heroic deeds were no longer needed by anyone. Then they started teaching the art of Ninja at Wu Academy, a former school for bad boys. But peaceful life is often just an illusion. During one of their excursions to the amazing Cyrus Borg Tower, the Ninja discovered that the Overlord had managed to survive in digital form and hide in Cyrus Borg's virtual universe, the Dejiverse. His plan was to escape Didjiverse with the help of Lloyd's Golden Power and take over the world, becoming the "Golden Master" of an ancient prophecy.

The digital Overlord, who has subjugated the nindroid army and turned scientist Cyrus Borg into a cyborg, has become a greater threat to the city than ever. Seeing what was happening, Wu allowed himself to be captured so that the Ninja could leave with the Techno Blades, the only weapon capable of rebooting the system, thus destroying the Digital Overlord. It was during this time that Zane met P.I.X.A.L. (Primary, Interactive, External-Auxiliary Lifeform), Cyrus Borg's android assistant, who became Zane's friend and ally of the Ninja. The Ninja team manages to destroy the power plant that powered the Nindroids, but Pythor P Chumsworth comes to the aid of the Digital Overlord. Using the electrocobrai stolen from the aquarium, Pythor brings the nindroids back to life. Enemies capture Lloyd and siphon almost all of his Golden Energy into the Overlord in order to carry out his evil plans.

Season 2 Legacy of the Green Ninja sequel

Lord Garmadon meets a creature on the island who calls himself the Overlord. The ninja deal with the revived stone figurines, meet Lloyd's mother, Misako, and defeat a giant stone warrior. Meanwhile, Scales decides to submerge Ninjago underground, but the drilling time stumbles upon a door with a prophecy. Behind it is a tomb with a stone army, which comes to life from the poison of the Devourer. At the behest of the four-armed Lord Garmadon, a mysterious Dark Island rises from the depths. The Overlord takes Garmadon to the Celestial Clock, which carries the Helm of Shadows, an item that allows him to control the Overlord's invincible army. When the Helmet is removed, a countdown to the last battle begins. The hour of the decisive battle is approaching, but Lloyd cannot cope with the excitement and does not want to fight his own father. The only way for the Ninja to defeat the stone soldiers is to use the elemental powers that can be obtained from the Temple of Light. Here, the Ninja become the owners of the Elemental Blades, and Lloyd gains the power of the First Spinjitzu Master. Meanwhile, on the Dark Isle, Lord Garmadon builds a perfect weapon out of dark matter: the Garmatron. But the Overlord is ready to carry out his insidious plan: he has possessed Garmadon and placed himself at the head of his army. In the decisive battle, he will be Lloyd's opponent. When it seems that all is lost, Lloyd finds new strength in himself and turns into the Golden Ninja. He destroys the Overlord and restores the balance between good and evil. Gradually, evil completely disappears from Garmadon's soul. From that moment on, he becomes the good master Garmadon. But where did the Overlord go?

Season 2: Legacy of the Green Ninja

Lord Garmadon managed to sneak away with the Golden Weapons, and now he has subdued the Serpentine. At this time, the ninja throw all their strength into the preparation of young Lloyd, who will have to show all his skills in the decisive battle to defeat Lord Garmadon. Lord Garmadon, dreaming of gaining unprecedented power, goes to the Golden Mountains to turn four types of Golden Weapons into one weapon - a weapon of creation - the Mega Weapon.

With the Mega Weapon in hand, Lord Garmadon brings the pirates led by Captain Soto back to life, creates evil doppelgängers of the Ninja, prevents the Ninja from winning the Ninjaball race, and revives the dinosaur that hunts the Ninja, Grundle. Garmadon did this to prevent Lloyd from becoming the Green Ninja. During the fight with Grandal, tomorrow's tea transforms Lloyd from a child into a young man. The Green Ninja has to sacrifice his childhood and accept his fate. The Mega Weapon allows Lord Garmadon to travel back in time and try to thwart the creation of a team of Ninjas. The ninja follow him back in time and put everything back in place. However, something still manages to happen: the Golden Weapon and the Mega Weapon are thrown into deep space by an explosion. But Garmadon does not give up. And his next wish was to find the legendary Dark Isle. During the search, Skales betrays Lord Garmadon by dropping him from a helicopter and becomes the king of the Serpentine.

Season 1: Rise of the Serpents

With the disappearance of Lord Garmadon from the Underworld, peace and tranquility reigned in Ninjago, and the life of the ninja became lazy and measured. Meanwhile, Garmadon hides in the shadows, waiting for an opportunity to strike a decisive blow. Meanwhile, the ninja meet Garmadon's young son, Lloyd, who, in his carelessness, exposes the island of Ninjago to a new terrible threat - the invasion of the ancient Serpent clans. The leader of the Serpentine, Pythor, comes up with an evil plan to revive the legendary Great Devourer, a serpent capable of devouring everything in its path. Ninjas will have to look inside themselves to reach their full potential. Ninjago's very existence is now under threat. The ninja not only have to fight the invasion of the Serpent clans, but also take care of Lloyd's upbringing, besides, it becomes known that he will become the Green Ninja from the prophecy - a powerful warrior who is destined to defeat the Dark Lord in the decisive battle between good and evil.

As events unfold, each of the Ninja discovers about the qualities of their own personality - revealing their true potential, which allows them to master the forces of the elements. To deal with the Great Devourer, a giant snake that can devour anything in its path, the Ninja must rely on the help of Lord Garmadon, who has the unique ability to use all four types of Golden Weapons. In the end, Lord Garmadon disappears, taking with him the Golden Weapon - the very one he needs to turn Ninjago into his reflection.

Pilot Season

From time immemorial, the First Spinjitzu Master created the world of Ninjago with the help of four Spinjitzu weapons, artifacts so powerful that no one could control the power of all four at the same time. When the old master died, the two sons swore to protect the Golden Weapon, but the eldest of them, Garmadon, was overcome by darkness and wanted to possess all the weapons. The brothers met in a duel. Lord Garmadon was defeated and sent to the Burning Hells. Peace returned to the island, and the younger brother, Wu, hid the Golden Weapons in the farthest corners of the world of Ninjago, placed dragons to guard them, and left a map with the location to the blacksmith Ray, the father of Kai and Nya.

Centuries later, Wu found four brave ninjas—Cole, Jay, Kai, and Zane—whom he trained in the art of Spinjitzu to become the new guardians of the powerful weapon. Kai was the last person Wu called to his team. Wu first met Kai in his father's blacksmith's shop when Samukai and his army of skeletons kidnapped Kai's sister, Nya, and stole a map indicating where the Golden Weapons were hidden. Lord Garmadon was behind the kidnapping, who had subjugated the Underworld. But Kai's soul burned with a thirst for justice. He wanted to free Nya at all costs, so he went after Wu to save his sister.

The ninja - Cole, Jay, Kai and Zane - use all their ninja skills to defeat the skeleton army and master the art of Spinjitzu. Although the Ninja successfully coped with the difficult task of finding all the Golden Weapons, they fell victim to Lord Garmadon's cunning plan, thanks to which the villain was able to open a portal and escape from the Burning Hells to the Dark Dimension. Now he hopes to return one day and master all four types of Golden Weapons. Peace reigned again in the lands of Ninjago. The Four Ninja swore to protect the Golden Weapons, anticipating Lord Garmadon's return.
