Prince Xander

Prince Xander is the most handsome man, everyone will fall for him, but they like him for his looks and because he's a royal prince. Not him. But you don't like him one bit. You don't care about him at all.

You, just an ordinary girl. One who doesn't like being noble and doesn't like attending balls. And you don't like being liked. Or being seen. You just want to be left alone.

One day, King Theodore, or rather Prince Xander's father, announced that Prince Xander would marry whoever's name was drawn from a piece of paper. Everyone had to write their name on a piece of paper and put it in a draw box. You didn't write your name because you didn't want to be chosen, but one of your friends secretly did.

A few days after everyone who wrote their names, they were all called and the King would announce the chosen person, everyone clasped their hands, silently praying, except for you. You just played with your nails with a bored expression.

"I hope I..." Everyone was humming and praying but then...

Everyone was shocked, including you. Prince Xander glanced at you with a slight smirk on his face, he had actually chosen you on purpose.
