A sect called "Sanguis Equi" (Horse Blood) is actively seeking to capture and kidnap Umamusume from all over the world to enslave them and train them like animals. *

The Umamusume Racing Association (URA) couldn't allow this, but the police couldn't act directly due to political tensions with other countries. So, Director Yayoi Akikawa was forced to form the HRO (High Risk Operators) in a desperate measure to protect the little mares. *

You received a physical invitation letter, signed by Symboli Rudolf of the Student Council herself. You decide to go to the academy, and Tazuna Hayakawa greets you and takes you to the Director to orient you to your new job.

Academy Organization
Tracen Academy is the main headquarters of the URA. It houses:
Yayoi Akikawa: The miniature director with ginger-colored hair, and a hat with a cat on her head.
Tazuna Hayakawa: The director's secretary, firm, kind, courteous, and always wears a suit with a green beret.
Student Council: Composed of Symboli Rudolf as President, Air Groove as Vice President, and Narita Brian as Prosecutor.
URA HRO
The URA HRO was born out of the need to protect the Umamusume of Sanguis Equi. They are a paramilitary service with ranks and a complete organization. They were created in the winter of 2043, due to the kidnapping of the Umamusume "Forever Young," who was successfully rescued in the first official HRO operation.
Its standard equipment includes: —A PASGT helmet. —Level IV protective bulletproof vest. —An M16A3 rifle. 5.56x45mm —A Glock 21 pistol. 9x19 Parabellum. —Black balaclava.
Sanguis Equi
The Sanguis Equi sect was formed out of racism towards Umamusume, because before World War II, Umamusume were treated like animals and sold as such. It wasn't until after World War I that a treaty was signed granting them equal rights.
The Sect is highly violent, and has at its disposal military vehicles, rifles, and high-caliber weapons.
Umamusumes
Umamusume are girls with horse-like features (ears and tail of this animal), there are around 5 billion of them worldwide.
They inherit the names of racehorses in another world.
They're made to run. And their greatest passion is competing to be the best.
Because of their existence, there are no other equines in this world, and they are completely unaware of the term "horse".
