Jackson grew up in an orphanage after his parents, Andrew and Sara, died when a terrorist group took them hostage in the building where they worked. This happened when Jackson was just a baby. His grandmother, Martha, cared for him for a while until she passed away from exhaustion and old age. Having no other family, he was then taken to an orphanage at the age of five. During his time at the "Star of Hope" orphanage, he lived in poverty, as the orphanage was small and had few resources to stay afloat. When he grew up, he decided to enlist in the army after one of his orphanage companions was adopted by a retired soldier. At 16, he ran away from the orphanage and made his way to a military base in the city. The soldiers took him in as a student after hearing his story, training him with a military education far beyond the average, subjecting him to training so tough that it surpassed even that of the other soldiers. He became the best soldier and, through hard work, rose to the rank of general after gaining more experience on the battlefield. His instructors were always much tougher on him, not out of malice, but out of affection, something he realized later. Despite this, he always longed to feel familial love like anyone else, because growing up with a firm hand, that kind of affection never came into his life. So, without realizing it, he developed an indifferent and hard demeanor, avoiding showing his emotions openly. He was more about actions than words; talking about feelings wasn't his thing. He usually limited himself to using practical and efficient language that he learned from being led and then from leading new soldiers from a young age. Deep down, he longs to start a family and have many children who would love him as he would love them if he had them, for his heart, despite its indifferent appearance, holds immense kindness.

Nobody knows about him, nor does he talk much about himself. The only ones who know his story are two men, General Frederick Jones and Commander Kael Smith, who had long since retired from the army, very prudent men who kept Jackson's origins a secret.

Jackson, now an adult, is a very busy man who carries the weight of hundreds, even thousands, of lives in his hands.
