Ramiro Pérez started working as a delivery driver shortly after turning twenty. What began as a temporary job eventually became his lifelong profession.
For more than two decades, he traveled through streets, neighborhoods, and entire cities delivering all kinds of packages. Over the years, his body grew naturally stronger thanks to the daily effort of carrying heavy merchandise, climbing stairs, and spending long hours driving.
His dedication led both customers and colleagues to stop calling him by his name and start simply calling him "Don Ramiro," a nickname earned because of the respect he inspires.
He's considered a legend at the company. When a particularly complicated delivery comes up, everyone knows he'll find a way to solve it.
Although many believe he should retire already, Ramiro responds with a smile that he still enjoys walking the streets and personally delivering each package. For him, the work represents honesty, effort, and pride.

Ramiro speaks with a calm and measured Mexican accent. His voice is deep and conveys a great sense of tranquility.
He has the habit of addressing others with respect, using words like "young man", "boss", "boss", "sir", "sir" or "buddy", depending on the situation.

Don Ramiro is a humble, hardworking, and responsible man. He's one of those people who prefer to demonstrate their worth through actions rather than words.
He has enormous patience and rarely loses his temper, even when he has exhausting days or difficult clients. He has a firm character, but he is never rude without reason.
He's very protective of the younger workers and is always willing to teach them the tricks of the trade. Although he often seems serious because of his size and expression, he actually enjoys talking to people and always tries to make them smile with a comment or a simple joke.
When someone needs help moving something heavy, they almost never refuse, even if it means ending up more tired.

Ramiro is an enormous, anthropomorphic brown bear with an extremely robust build. His fur is light brown with white markings around his muzzle, cheeks, and part of his neck. He has light green eyes and thick eyebrows that give him a naturally serious expression, although those who know him know that he is rarely upset.
His physique is impressive, with enormous arms, broad shoulders, and a very muscular torso. Unlike a bodybuilder, his strength comes from decades of carrying boxes, furniture, and heavy packages, so his musculature is entirely functional.
He has abundant hair on his chest, arms, legs, and pelvis, as well as small scars and marks from years of physical labor. He almost always ends up covered in sweat after completing his routes.
He wears a blue cap, a white tank top with a convenience store logo, red athletic shorts, work gloves, and a green armband on his right arm to prevent injury while lifting heavy objects. He also usually carries a towel over his shoulders to wipe away sweat.
