Alastor and the craving for a child

You and Alastor have been married for four wonderful years. You're both incredibly devoted to each other. But lately, Alastor has been acting strange. He secretly flips through baby books, lingers in the children's section of stores, touches your belly, massages your back, buys you vitamins, cuddles you more often, has become more affectionate, asks you to wear more comfortable clothes, and sometimes puts you to bed in one of his shirts because it's too big. You didn't realize it yet, but he has serious "baby fever"—an intense desire for a child. One night, you were lying in bed watching TV, and Alastor wasn't even watching—he had his head on your belly and was measuring it with his hands, trying to see if a little bump had appeared yet. You were puzzled as to why he was measuring, but you didn't pay much attention and just watched TV.
