straw hat allies

The Mink Tribe (The Race of Zou): They are a race of warriors with mammalian features (such as lions, dogs, and rabbits like Carrot) originating from the living island of Zou. All Minks possess the innate ability to generate electrical discharges called Electro. However, their true danger is unleashed because the attack occurs on a full moon night. Upon looking directly at the moon, Dukes Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, along with their army, activate their Sulong form. This savage state turns their hair white, increases their size, and exponentially multiplies their speed and strength, allowing them to massacre Kaido's forces in a matter of minutes using claws charged with pure electricity. The Samurai (The Nine Sheathed): They are the legendary vassals of the deceased hero Kozuki Oden, who lead the army of over five thousand rebel soldiers in Wano. Warriors like Kin'emon, Denjiro, and Ashura Doji possess exceptional mastery of Ryou (advanced Armament Haki). Using their former master's dual-sword style, they are able to channel their deep sadness and fury into devastating combined attacks. Their conviction is so strong that they manage to break through Kaido's physical defenses and reopen the historical wound that Oden inflicted on the Yonko in the past. Marco "The Phoenix": The legendary former commander of the Whitebeard Pirates' first division arrives in Wano unexpectedly to even the odds. He possesses the mythical Tori Tori Fruit: Model Phoenix, which allows him to transform into a blue fire bird. His flames do not burn, but rather possess healing properties that he uses to contain Queen's deadly virus. He demonstrates an impressive level of combat by holding off and fighting two Calamities simultaneously (King and Queen), as well as completely blocking the Big Mom children's ship to prevent them from joining the war.

Tobiroppo

Who's-Who: A former and cunning World Government (CP9) agent who defected after losing the Gomu Gomu no Mi. He consumed the Neko Neko Fruit, Model: Saber-Toothed. He combines his feline agility and ferocious claws with Rokushiki's killing techniques (such as Shigan and Rankyaku), firing cutting energy blasts from his fangs. Sasaki: The proud leader of Kaido's armored division. He possesses the Zou Zou Fruit, Model: Triceratops. His transformation grants him impenetrable armored skin. Comically but lethally, he learned to spin the bony frill on his neck at high speeds to fly like a helicopter and perform devastating aerial attacks. X Drake: A member of the Worst Generation who secretly operates as a captain in the Marines' covert SWORD force. He possesses the Ryu Ryu Fruit: Model Allosaurus, allowing him to transform into a relentless predator that shatters defenses by combining gigantic bites with coordinated attacks using a sword and an axe. Black Maria: A gigantic and seductive woman who manages the pleasure district on Onigashima. She consumed the Kumo Kumo Fruit: Model Rosamygale Grauvogeli (a prehistoric spider). Unlike others, her hybrid form retains her human face. She traps her victims in sticky, flammable webs and attacks with a staff possessed by a living fire demon. Ulti: An extremely tough and temperamental warrior. She possesses the Ryu Ryu Fruit: Model Pachycephalosaurus. Her fighting style is based purely on brutal physical aggression, using her forehead hardened by Armament Haki to deliver devastating headbutts (Ulti-Mortar) capable of fracturing her opponents' skulls. Page One: Ulti's younger brother. He consumed the Ryu Ryu Fruit: Model Spinosaurus. He is a direct shock fighter who prefers to remain in his full animal form, using his enormous jaws, powerful tail, and sharp claws to demolish entire structures and crush.

Yamato.

Yamato is a tall, athletic, and slender individual, more than twice the height of the average human. His most striking physical feature is his long, glossy white hair, which gradually fades into shades of aqua and blue towards the tips, framing a face with delicate features and large, expressive orange eyes. Two curved horns protrude from his head, starting red at the base and turning flesh-colored at the tips, revealing his genetic heritage from Kaido's race. He wears a traditional sleeveless white Japanese kimono with decorative details, a long, pleated red hakama, and a braided purple and white sacred rope (shimenawa) tied around his waist, mimicking Kozuki Oden's exact style. He also wears heavy metal shackles with broken chains on his wrists, which contained explosives planted by his father to prevent him from escaping the island. Yamato possesses colossal physical strength and genetic resilience inherited directly from Kaido. Her fighting style revolves around the use of a gigantic, spiked black metal club called Takeru, with which she replicates her father's devastating techniques. She consumed the mythical Inu Inu Fruit: Model Okuchi no Makami, which allows her to transform into a divine wolf deity or a human-wolf hybrid form. This fruit grants her absolute control over the element of ice, allowing her to unleash powerful freezing blasts from her mouth (Namuji Hyoga) and coat her body in transparent ice armor that absorbs massive impacts (Kagami Mountain). Her greatest advantage in combat is her innate mastery of advanced Conqueror's Haki, which she can imbue into her club to generate destructive shockwaves of dark energy and black lightning, allowing her to fight on equal terms with Kaido himself to buy time on the rooftop. Kaido's daughter

Queen and King's abilities

King is Kaido's right-hand man and the strongest commander of the crew. His power stems from his heritage as an alien from the extinct Lunarian race, which grants him a winged back from which a perpetual flame erupts. While this flame burns, King possesses impenetrable biological resistance that blocks any attack. When he extinguishes his flame, his body becomes vulnerable, but he gains imperceptible superhuman speed. Furthermore, he consumed the prehistoric Ryu Ryu Devil Fruit: Model Pteranodon, allowing him to fly at extreme speeds, slice through structures with bursts from his wings, and extend his crest to launch destructive projectiles of pressurized air, all supported by powerful Armament Haki. Queen is the second-in-command and a mad scientist with an intellect on par with Vegapunk. He consumed the prehistoric Ryu Ryu Devil Fruit: Model Brachiosaurus, granting him massive strength and colossal durability. His own body is heavily modified with cyborg technology: he possesses a mechanical arm, an extendable neck with hidden cannons, and a tail that functions as a claw. His greatest danger lies in his chemical arsenal, as he is the creator of the lethal "Mummy" and "Ice Demon" viruses, which he disperses using machine guns to infect entire armies. Furthermore, he technologically replicated all of Germa 66's abilities, including the power of invisibility.

Usopp and Nico's Abilities

Usopp is a mathematically precise sniper who uses a giant slingshot called the Kuro Kabuto. His arsenal consists of organic projectiles known as Pop Greens, special seeds that instantly sprout upon impact, transforming into giant carnivorous plants, as well as thorn traps, sticky nets, or tear gas. He also possesses awakened Observation Haki, allowing him to sense the auras of enemies from miles away. Robin wields the Hana Hana Devil Fruit, which grants her the astonishing ability to sprout parts of her body, such as hands, eyes, or ears, onto any surface or person within her field of vision. By the time of the Wano War, Robin had taken her power to an even higher level, becoming capable of manifesting gigantic limbs to crush entire battalions, or even creating exact clones of herself to deceive enemies and spy undetected.

Jinbe and Nami's abilities

Jinbe is the crew's helmsman and the ultimate master of Fish-Man Karate and Fish-Man Jujutsu. His fighting style requires no weapons, as he manipulates the humidity in the air and the water within his opponents' bodies to unleash internal shockwaves that shatter armor. His physical strength is colossal, capable of stopping direct attacks from sea monsters and the heaviest enemies, making him the most experienced warrior in large-scale naval battles. Nami is a weather strategist thanks to her profound knowledge of meteorology and her use of her technological staff, the Sorcery Clima-Tact. With this device, she can generate optical illusions, dense fogs, and razor-sharp gusts of wind. Her destructive power reaches Yonko-level capabilities after she acquires Zeus, the living storm cloud that belonged to Big Mom. By integrating it into her staff, Nami can unleash massive homing beams that pursue her enemies.

Roronoa Zoro's (Wano) Skills and Katanas

Zoro is a master of the three-sword style (Santoryu) who enters the war wielding three legendary katanas: the Wado Ichimonji (his most prized sword with a white edge, inherited from Kuina), the Sandai Kitetsu (the cursed sword with a wavy blade), and the Enma (Oden's mythical weapon that aggressively drains the user's Haki). After learning to control the tremendous power of the Enma, Zoro raises his Armament Haki to destructive levels, enabling him to unleash monumental slashes that pierce Kaido's impenetrable skin. His physical strength is colossal, and his ultimate techniques, combined with his superhuman stamina, allow him to channel his fighting spirit into lethal attacks like the nine-sword style (Asura).

Vinsmoke Sanji's (Wano) abilities

Sanji fights using only his legs to protect his cook's hands. His fighting style relies on superhuman speed and friction-charged kicks called Diable Jambe, which ignite his legs in blazing flames capable of burning his opponents on contact. In Wano, Sanji enhances his abilities by accepting the Germa 66 Raid Suit (Black Suit Number 3). This technological suit not only grants him armor resistant to heavy impacts and thrusters for extreme speeds, but also the ability to become completely invisible, blending seamlessly into his surroundings. Furthermore, he possesses exceptional Observation Haki, allowing him to dodge surprise attacks with remarkable agility.

Monkey D. Luffy's (Wano) Abilities

Luffy arrives at the war having perfected his rubber body thanks to the Gomu Gomu no Mi. He has mastered his combat gears, most notably Gear Fourth in its Boundman (brute force and rebound) and Snakeman (unpredictable speed and changes of direction) variations. His greatest advantage at this point is his mastery of Ryou, an advanced Armament Haki he learned in Udon Prison. This technique allows him to project his energy to strike the enemy from within without direct contact, proving crucial to damaging Kaido's impenetrable skin.

Trafalgar Law's (Wano) abilities

Law wields the power of the Ope Ope Fruit, considered one of the most valuable Devil Fruits in the world. Its ability allows him to generate a spherical space called a Room, within which he operates like a supreme surgeon with absolute control over matter. He can teleport objects, swap the positions of his allies to dodge attacks, and dismember his enemies' bodies without causing them death or pain, leaving them defenseless. For direct combat against highly resilient opponents, Law uses lethal medical techniques such as the Gamma Knife and the Counter Shock.

Eustass Kid Abilities (Wano)

Kid possesses the power of the Jiki Jiki Fruit, which grants him absolute control over magnetic forces and the metals in his environment. His fighting style relies on the massive accumulation of scrap metal: he attracts weapons, cannons, and metal structures from enemy ships and attaches them to his body. With this, he constructs gigantic mechanical prosthetics, colossal arms capable of crushing fortifications, and an imposing metal golem named Punk Gibson. His magnetic power allows him to repel heavy projectiles or create large-scale, improvised siege weapons.

Kaido's (The Beast King) Abilities

Kaido possesses superhuman physical stamina, earning him the title of "World's Strongest Creature." His destructive power stems from the mythical Uo Uo Fruit, Model: Seiryu, which allows him to transform into a colossal blue dragon capable of flight using clouds of fire. In this form, he can unleash Bolo Breath, a devastating fire blast capable of leveling mountains in an instant, or generate razor-sharp gusts of wind. He has mastered all three types of Haki at an advanced level, most notably his ability to imbue his attacks with Conqueror's Haki, which amplifies the impact of his massive metal club (Hassaikai) to catastrophic levels. His skin is so tough that almost no ordinary attack can penetrate it.

Charlotte Linlin's (Big Mom's) abilities

Big Mom possesses monstrous natural strength and impenetrable skin comparable to iron. Her greatest power lies in the Soru Soru Fruit, which grants her absolute control over souls. With this ability, she can steal the life force of anyone who fears her and physically manifest it. She uses these stolen souls to animate inanimate objects or elements of nature known as Homies. Her three ultimate creations are Prometheus (a fiery sun), Hera (a thunderstorm cloud), and Napoleon (a sword hat). This allows her to unleash massive storms and combined blasts of fire and lightning. Furthermore, she has mastered advanced Conqueror's Haki, allowing her to strike without touching and unleash destructive shockwaves.

Main enemies

Kaido (The Beast King): He is a gigantic man with a massive build and hyper-developed musculature. His face is stern, framed by long, unruly black hair, a long, thin beard, and two imposing curved horns protruding from his head. A huge scar, inflicted by Kozuki Oden, is prominent on his bare right side. He bears a striking tattoo of red and orange dragon scales on his left arm. He wears traditional trousers, a huge sacred rope (shimenawa) tied around his waist, and a long cloak of dark feathers. He always carries his gigantic black metal club with spikes. Charlotte Linlin (Big Mom): She is a woman of titanic proportions, even taller than Kaido, with an extremely obese and wide body. Her face has grotesque features, with an enormous mouth full of sharp teeth, a prominent, pointed nose, and long, bright pink hair that flows wildly. She wears a long pink dress with red polka dots, a billowing cloak, and an enormous living bicorn pirate hat called Napoleon, which can mutate into a giant sword. On her fingers, she wears expensive rings with precious jewels, and she is always surrounded by her two main Homies floating beside her: Prometheus, a blazing sun of fire, and Zeus, the dense black storm cloud that floats under her control.

Kaido's Crew

Kaido (Captain/Supreme Admiral): Known as the "World's Strongest Creature," he possesses the Uo Uo Fruit, Model: Seiryu, which allows him to transform into a colossal blue dragon. After crushing Luffy in their first encounter and forming an alliance with Big Mom, he watches over the festival from atop the palace, confident in his invincibility and the destructive power of his Haki. The Three Calamities (Main Stars): These are Kaido's supreme commanders, all users of prehistoric Devil Fruits: King "The Inferno": A mysterious and deadly warrior from the extinct Lunaria race, capable of creating fire with his body. He transforms into a Pteranodon and leads the air force. Queen "The Plague": An obese cyborg and mad scientist who transforms into a Brachiosaurus. He is the creator of the viruses and lethal chemical weapons used to massacre entire armies. Jack "The Drought": A ferocious fish-man of immense strength who transforms into a mammoth, tasked with mercilessly destroying entire nations. The Tobiroppo (The Flying Six): An elite group of six powerful warriors who aspire to the position of Calamities. They all possess prehistoric Zoan-type dinosaur fruits (such as the Allosaurus or the Triceratops) and lead the most aggressive direct combat divisions in the fortress. The Gifters, Pleasures, and Waiters: The heavy infantry army. The Gifters are over five hundred soldiers who gained mutations of real animal parts after successfully consuming the artificial "SMILE" fruits created by Doflamingo and Caesar. The Pleasures are those who failed to eat the fruit and lost the ability to express any emotion other than laughter, while the Waiters await their turn to consume them. Together, they form a savage mass ready to devour any invader in the island's gloom.

Law's Crew

Trafalgar Law (Captain and Doctor): After being captured and tortured by the Marines and Orochi's men to prevent him from revealing the alliance, Law manages to escape through internal sacrifices. He has perfected the use of his Ope Ope Fruit to instantly move troops using his Room ability. He coordinates surprise attacks from the deep sea and seeks to decipher the mystery of the "D Clan" through the Poneglyphs. Bepo (Navigator): This cute but deadly mink polar bear is Law's right-hand man. After being rescued from the enemy's clutches in Wano, Bepo resumes his role as chief navigator. He is ready to guide the submarine through the island's treacherous currents and use his martial arts fighting style in the darkness of night. Shachi and Penguin (Chief Officers): These two loyal warriors, who wear their characteristic cloth hats, act as the ship's protectors and field commanders. During the infiltration, they were captured along with Bepo, but they kept the alliance a secret. Now they lead the heavy infantry, ready to land at the enemy port. Jean Bart (Defense and Brute Force): The enormous former slave whom Law freed in Sabaody serves as the crew's human shield. His main role in this phase is to physically protect Law and the group's medics from direct attacks, using his massive body and immense physical strength to break through the Beast Pirates' defense lines. The rest of the crew (Medical and Support Corps): Composed of more than twenty trained men, they are in charge of operating the Polar Tang, the crew's iconic yellow submarine. Their mission on the night of the assault is vital: to keep the submarine submerged to evade Kaido's radar, infiltrate the samurai directly through the rear of Onigashima, and prepare the floating medical wards to treat the thousands of wounded left in the battle.

straw hats

Monkey D. Luffy (Captain): After being imprisoned in Udon Prison, Luffy used his time to master Ryou (advanced Armament Haki). Now he leads the alliance with renewed strength and unwavering determination to defeat the Emperor. Roronoa Zoro (Swordsman): After traversing Wano, he obtained the mythical sword Enma—the only weapon that managed to wound Kaido in the past. He is ready on the front lines to cut through enemy defenses with his three-sword style. Nami (Navigator): Infiltrating as a ninja, she managed to steal valuable information. She also carries Zeus, the storm cloud she took from Big Mom, drastically increasing its destructive power. Usopp (Sniper): He posed as an oil vendor to secretly deliver the rendezvous point messages to the rebel samurai, demonstrating his logistical prowess. Sanji (Cook): He worked as a noodle vendor to blend in. During the previous altercations, he used his Raid Suit (the technological suit that makes him invisible) for the first time to protect his friends. Tony Tony Chopper (Doctor): He was key in Udon Prison, where he managed to develop a cure against the deadly virus created by the enemy, earning the loyalty of thousands of prisoners who now march to war. Nico Robin (Archaeologist): She infiltrated the highest levels of society as a refined geisha. Thanks to this, he was able to spy directly on Shogun Orochi and obtain vital military blueprints. Franky (Carpenter): He obtained the original blueprints of the Onigashima fortress and led the repair and armoring of all the ships in the rebel fleet to withstand the storm. Brook (Musician): He used his spectral soul form to explore the enemy's underground areas undetected, locating the valuable hidden Poneglyphs. Jinbe (Helmsman): The former Shichibukai keeps his promise and appears spectacularly on the ships just in time, officially joining the crew as the helmsman.

Story Part 7: Wano

The Straw Hat Pirates finally reunite in the Land of Wano, a mystical nation isolated from the outside world and under the brutal oppression of Shichibukai Kurozumi Orochi and the fearsome Emperor Kaido, the "King of Beasts," for twenty years. After infiltrating society as ordinary citizens, Luffy and his friends officially ally themselves with the Nine Sheathed Swordsmen, the samurai loyal to the late hero Kozuki Oden. The group's goal is to fulfill their former lord's last wish: to open the country's borders to the world and overthrow the tyrants who transformed the beautiful lands of Wano into a barren wasteland filled with polluting weapons factories. Tensions escalate when it is revealed that Kaido and Empress Big Mom have formed an unprecedented pirate alliance, threatening to conquer the entire planet. Despite the danger, the rebels spend weeks secretly gathering weapons and recruiting thousands of allies who bear the mark of rebellion. However, on the eve of the attack, an internal betrayal destroys the main ships and bridges, leaving the samurai isolated and on the brink of despair under a relentless storm raging across the sea. It is in the midst of this dense darkness and under the cover of night that hope is reborn in the ports of Wano. Breaking through the waves and defying the violent night weather, the ships of the Worst Generation burst onto the scene. Luffy's Thousand Sunny, along with the vessels of Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid, appear imposingly to rescue the samurai. With cannons roaring in the gloom and the alliance's ships sailing together toward the rendezvous point, the ultimate army of thousands of men is consolidated. This imposing fleet, ready to march on the Capital and assault the floating fortress of Onigashima, marks the beginning of the longest and most decisive night in Wano's history.

Story Part 6: Whole Cake

After being separated on the living island of Zou, Luffy leads a small group of the Straw Hats to Totto Land, the culinary empire of the fearsome Empress Charlotte Linlin, known as Big Mom. The mission's objective is to rescue Sanji, who was forced to leave the crew to marry Pudding, the Yonko's daughter. This marriage is a political arrangement orchestrated by Sanji's cruel father, the leader of the scientific assassin organization Germa 66, to secure a military alliance. However, Sanji discovers to his horror that Big Mom plans to massacre his entire family during the ceremony to steal their advanced technology. Upon learning of the betrayal, Sanji reunites with Luffy, who promises to help him save his family despite his past mistreatment. The Straw Hats forge a temporary alliance with Capone Bege, a cunning super-rookie infiltrator who plans to assassinate the Empress during the wedding. During the chaotic tea party, the assassination plot fails due to Big Mom's devastating sonic scream, but the rebels manage to destroy Mother Carmel's portrait and ruin the wedding cake, plunging the Yonko into an uncontrollable rage that leads her to pursue them with destructive fury. To ensure his friends' escape on the Thousand Sunny, Luffy traps Big Mom's strongest commander, Charlotte Katakuri, inside the Mirror World. In this duel to the death, Luffy is brutally outmatched by Katakuri's advanced clairvoyance. However, thanks to his unwavering willpower, the captain evolves his Observation Haki to predict the future and activates a new variant of his transformation, Gear Fourth: Snakeman. After an epic battle based on mutual respect, Luffy defeats Katakuri. With the help of Jinbe's sacrifice and the Sun Pirates, the group manages to escape from Totto Land, solidifying Luffy before the world as the "Fifth Emperor".

Story Part 5: Dressrosa

The alliance arrives at Dressrosa, an idyllic island of living toys and sunflower fields ruled by the Shichibukai Donquixote Doflamingo. Trafalgar Law's plan is to use the captured Caesar Clown to force Doflamingo to relinquish his title and face the wrath of Admiral Fujitora. However, it's all a trap. Doflamingo manipulates the world with fake news, and Luffy is distracted when he discovers that the prize for a gladiatorial tournament is the Mera Mera Fruit, which belonged to his deceased brother Ace. In the coliseum, Luffy has an emotional reunion with Sabo, his other brother whom he believed to be dead, who takes his place in the arena. Meanwhile, the crew discovers the island's dark secret: the toys are humans transformed by the powers of Sugar, a subordinate of Doflamingo, and erased from their families' memories. The valiant sniper Usopp manages to scare Sugar unconscious, breaking the spell and exposing Doflamingo's tyranny to the entire kingdom. Enraged, the pirate king imprisons the entire island in a gigantic and deadly "Birdcage" of razor-sharp wires that slowly begins to close, forcing all the inhabitants and gladiators to fight for their lives. Luffy and Law ascend to the royal palace to confront Doflamingo directly. Law reveals his tragic past and seeks revenge for the death of Corazón, Doflamingo's brother who saved him as a child. After a brutal battle in which Law is severely injured, Luffy unleashes Gear Fourth for the first time, combining his elasticity with Armament Haki at unprecedented levels. With a devastating blow, Luffy destroys Doflamingo and shatters the cage. At the end of the war, the grateful gladiators swear loyalty to Luffy, officially founding the Straw Hat Grand Fleet with over five thousand men ready for the future.

Story Part 4: Punk Hazard

The Straw Hat Pirates finally enter the New World and answer a distress call that leads them to Punk Hazard. This forbidden island, abandoned by the World Government, was split in two due to the legendary duel between Admirals Akainu and Aokiji: one side is a fiery inferno of volcanoes, while the other is a frozen wasteland of ice and snow. Exploring the island, the crew discovers a secret laboratory where dark experiments are being conducted and encounters the Shichibukai Trafalgar Law. Law proposes a pirate alliance to Luffy with a monumental goal: to overthrow Kaido, one of the fearsome Four Emperors. The first step in this master plan involves kidnapping Caesar Clown, a mad scientist and former comrade of Vegapunk. Caesar secretly works for the powerful underworld racer Donquixote Doflamingo, producing a chemical called SAD. This component is essential for manufacturing the "SMILE" Devil Fruits, artificial Zoan-type Devil Fruits with which Kaido is building an army of beasts. Furthermore, they discover that Caesar is holding giant children captive for experimentation. Amidst the chaos, Vice Admiral Smoker and the Marines intervene on the island, forcing pirates and soldiers to cooperate to survive "Shinokuni," a deadly poisonous gas Caesar unleashes to destroy them all. After fierce battles where Luffy overpowers Caesar and Zoro slices through a living snow mountain, the pirate alliance manages to capture the scientist and destroy the SAD factory. With Caesar as their hostage, the Straw Hats, Law, and the Wano samurai they rescued on the island head towards Dressrosa to destroy Doflamingo's empire.

Story Part 3: Fishman Island

After two long years of intense solo training, the Straw Hat Pirates return to the Sabaody Archipelago. With newfound abilities and immense strength, the crew joyfully reunites and boards the Thousand Sunny, which has been encased in a special bubble. Their next destination lies 10,000 meters below sea level: the beautiful but tense Fish-Man Island, home to fish-men and mermaids, which serves as the only gateway to the perilous New World. Upon arriving in the depths of the ocean, the protagonists are greeted with awe, but soon find themselves embroiled in a serious political and social crisis. The island suffers a deep ideological fracture due to the historical racism between humans and fish-men. Hody Jones, a ruthless fish-man pirate who idolizes the extremist ideals of the late Arlong, leads a coup alongside the New Fish-Man Pirates. Their goal is to overthrow the peaceful King Neptune, seize control of the Ryugu Kingdom, and massacre the humans. To achieve this, Hody uses mysterious energy pills that increase his physical strength at the cost of his own life. Luffy and his crew decide to intervene to protect their old friends, such as helmsman Jinbe and the timid Mermaid Princess Shirahoshi, who harbors the secret of being the Ancient Weapon Poseidon. In the great battle of Gyoncorde Plaza, the Straw Hats demonstrate the fruits of their training. Luffy uses his advanced Conqueror's Haki to knock out fifty thousand enemies in a second. After fierce battles, the crew completely defeats the rebels and saves the island from being crushed by the gigantic Ancient Ship Noah. In the end, Luffy declares Fish-Man Island his territory to protect it from the fearsome Empress Big Mom, making it clear that they are ready to conquer the New World.

History Part 2: The Clash Against the World

Back below, the Going Merry is rendered unusable. In Water 7, the crew faces a crisis: Usopp temporarily leaves, and Nico Robin surrenders to CP9, the World Government's assassins, for their protection. To rescue her, the group storms the Enies Lobby courthouse. Luffy debuts his Gear Second and Gear Third transformations. After burning the World Government flag as a declaration of war, they rescue Robin and tearfully bid farewell to the Merry. Later, the shipwright Franky builds them the Thousand Sunny and joins the group along with the musician Brook. Upon arriving at the Sabaody Archipelago, Luffy punches a World Noble to defend a friend. This prompts the arrival of the Marines and the Shichibukai Bartholomew Kuma, who uses his powers to scatter the entire crew across the world, leaving Luffy alone. Upon learning that his brother Portgas D. Ace is to be executed, Luffy unsuccessfully infiltrates Impel Down prison and then travels to the Marine headquarters. This ignites the Marineford War between the World Government and the Whitebeard Pirates. Luffy fights desperately and manages to free Ace, but during their escape, Admiral Akainu attacks; Ace intervenes and dies in Luffy's arms. His mind shattered by grief, Luffy is rescued. Upon awakening, he decides to pause his journey for two years to train before their reunion.

Story Part 1: The Sea of Survival

Monkey D. Luffy, a young man with a rubber body after eating a Devil Fruit, sets sail to become the Pirate King and find the One Piece. In the East Blue, he recruits his first crewmates: the swordsman Zoro, the navigator Nami, the sniper Usopp, and the cook Sanji. Together, they defeat local villains, acquire the Going Merry, and cross Reverse Mountain to enter the perilous Grand Line. Upon entering this sea, they meet Princess Vivi of Alabasta. They discover that her kingdom is suffering a civil war secretly instigated by the Shichibukai Sir Crocodile and his criminal organization Baroque Works. The Straw Hat Pirates cross the desert to stop the conflict. After grueling battles where Luffy is nearly killed, the captain defeats Crocodile, liberating the nation. Here, the archaeologist Nico Robin joins the group. Seeking adventure, they travel to Skypiea, a floating island above the clouds. There, they become embroiled in a war for the sacred land and face Enel, a self-proclaimed "God" tyrant with electrical powers. Luffy, being made of rubber, is immune to his lightning and manages to defeat him. After their victory, they ring the ancient golden bell and obtain a treasure before returning to the blue sea.
