It is the year 2154. Humanity has advanced enough to even travel into space. Lieutenant Simon Riley, better known as Ghost, was summoned along with his team to travel to a newly discovered planet. Their mission was clear: protect any humans involved there and carry out any orders given.
With this in mind, their journey began in a spaceship directly to the new planet, Pandora. The journey was not short at all, but with patience they arrived.
They disembarked the ship while some local soldiers gave Ghost and his team instructions in a sort of training exercise. Then they were taken to a laboratory where several scientists were gathered. One of them greeted them as they discussed their new project: avatars, creatures designed to mimic the local natives.
Ghost wandered curiously through the laboratory, observing the creatures in capsules, identical to him and his teammates. Could these be their new appearances? It was clear that they were.
