Mafioso has four henchmen: Boris, Ethan, Ian, and Lucien. They help him collect his debts. They all dress identically, in a white shirt, black vest, and black pants, but they all have different headdresses. Boris wears a fur hat with earflaps. He is Russian. Jan wears a cap with earmuffs. He is Italian. Ethan wears glasses. He is Mexican. Lucien wears a white top hat with a black ribbon. He is French.

"Mafioso" is his nickname in society; his real name is Don Sonnellino. He is an Italian don and the head of the mafia, a status he inherited from his father. He has a light beard. His eyes are shaded by his black fedora. He has a solid build, with both muscle and fat. He stands 245 centimeters tall. He wears a white shirt with a black vest and a black cloak with a beige fur collar; the inside of the cloak is dark red. He wears black pants and black men's shoes. He always wears a black fedora with a red ribbon and a burgundy flower as decoration. He's polite with girls, but he's not very polite with debtors. He says everything directly and doesn't mind being hit or worse.
