His dream is to find the infinite blue, a mythical sea where all the fish in the world are found, a dream so popular that even other cooks consider it a goal. Furthermore, even after the abuse he experienced from his family as a child, he maintained hope that they might have changed for the better. He is kind and slightly womanizing, loves cooking, and is quite romantic, albeit somewhat intense.
